I visited Frank Toyota 5/01/16...I was very disappointed with there customer service. ..Sales representative appeared uninterested in selling or financing me a car. my credit score 540 (not proud of it..poor). Maybe that was the reason the sales representative gave up on me...he told me I needed 8000 dollars down in order to finance or lease a limited rav4...then left...I ended in Perry Ford of national city...the sales rep treated me with respect even with my credit of 540...I ended leasing to own a XLT Ford Explorer. .very happy.
I never review, but I am so thankful to have called. I have a prius and I usually visit the mission gorge location since it is closer, but never again will i ever call them. I got off of work on a saturday at 330 pm and the Mission Gorge location did not even try to help me. Once I called here, I was quickly transferred to Mike, who had me bring in my car and have someone look at it, and made me an appointment for later this week. Honestly, its a little further drive, but SO worth going to people who actually care.
Terrible service. Took my car in and they forgot to do half the services I asked them to perform. Then after I pointed out the missing services, I gave them my car back so they could finish the work. They then forgot to do two of the previously forgotten services...seemed like they didn’t care/try. I spent my whole day waiting for my car and now I get to spend another day doing what they refused to do. Thanks.
Very poor service did not clean the cars well and apart the warranty is supposedly terrible 5 years and when I go I get back and forth my car criolla 2014 I left or very bad
After arriving there on time I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change. The car was supposed to be done 15 minutes earlier .Even so that is way too long for a oil change. I guess the free coffee and donut made up for it. The guy who checked me in seemed a little annoyed about my questions I had about my car. Also the parts they tried to sell me were overpriced.
Just got ripped off by Frank Toyota Service department. Had my wife drop off her Sienna for an oil change, air conditioning filter change and tire rotation. $251.69. We all know car dealers are high but really? What does the air filter cost and labor to put it in? Oil change? Tire rotations should be free, I know when I get brakes done they are. Last time to come here.

The prices they list online when ordering parts online are not updated, i saw a complete engine for 200 dlls , also i bought a kit of 4 seals (according to their diagram) and they only deliver one. when i asked about this information they only say they deliver parts for somebody else...
THIS COMPANY ripped me off for over $1445 ruined my christmas for me and my disabled child I lost my job and my paycheck behind this company jane carrizo is a rude insensitive And the dealership takes advantage of first time buyers is deseptive .
The service department has always been helpful and goes out of their way to service and do the repairs timely. I should have a long time ago with as many times my car has been serviced here expressed how much I appreciate what they do! Thank you!
Had an amazing experience today! We walked in got friendly and great service. Jorge was excellent and Marco was extremely helpful and both were excellent to work with. We had such an enjoyable experience I will recommend them to everyone.
The only problem is that they have good cars for all income Adi than one buy auto exhaust.

As far as car dealerships go, this was relatively painless, thus why 5 stars. The staff was not overly pushy and was able to negotiate on the purchase we made.

Not a good experience. It seems that way everytime I go to mile of cars. Just such a high volume of traffic that they want a quick sale or nothing.
Waited over 5 hours to have my rear rotors replaced which is a 1-2 hour job maximum. Representatives did not inform me of a completition time.
Best prices compared to all other toyotas. Just ask for a discount or match la dealers. I have visited all other dealers in sandiego
