I was a repeat customer and will not be returning my business. I will say that my salesman Garry was excellent both times and have nothing but positive things to say about him. My issue is with their finance guy Brad, who is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was given false information by him on several calls and he seemed put out each time speaking with me. I requested to speak with the General Manager John and was promised he would call and he never did. I can see that they do not value their customers or their concerns and for that I will take my business elsewhere. When you a re in the business of "customer service" you should value the customers even when there is a complaint.
Findlay Nissan has the best prices and service. They made me and my boyfriend feel very comfortable when we bought a truck from there a few months ago. They were very helpful and not pushy. We told them exactly what we needed and thats what we got. No jumping through hoops. They also negotiated a great price!!!! Weve had it for a few months and its a great vehicle without any problems. This was the best car buying experience ive had and we will continue to purchase from them in the future!
I love my new car!!!! I needed a car asap. I came in with a very limited budget and Garry worked tirelessly to find me a vehicle that would fit my needs and my price range. When he showed me the 2016 Versa I was shocked. I expected an older used vehicle with high miles that would fit my budget I had no idea how affordable a new car could be. The car only had 3,000 miles on it. Great car great staff and great prices could not be happier!
This is only a service review. Not a warm welcome. I first experience they sent me away to do an oil change! They were a week out to change oil! There is no oil change fast lane. Rarely do they answer the phone in the service dept and seldomly call back. This week I called on Monday AM to schedule my oil change and again no call back. Here I am again with a follow up call two days later and no one picked up my call. Typical.
Ryan Bartlett did a fantastic job listening to our needs and trying to help us find the right car that fit our finances. I really appreciate how he treated us and I would definitely go see him again. The whole staff treated us like friends and family. Even the GM Jeremy Cooper made sure he introduced himself to us and made sure that we were happy with everything.
My husband and I recently went in there and purchased a beautiful car. It was both of our first times buying a car and Ryan and the team at Findlay Nissan wrre amazing. The whole process was quick and easy(as quick as being at a car dealership can be). And I would gladly go back to them in the future! Thank you guys so much!
Curtis Heirston was a great salesman. He got me the best deal possible and made it so I could get the car I wanted. All of the people there were great, we had our kids with us and they made sure they had fun. We had a great experience and highly recommend Curtis and Findley.

Make sure you get everything you need up front before leaving the dealership (touch up paint, help on setting up options, etc.) because once you pay, you will never receive a call back.
