DAVE KERWIN IS BY FAR THE BEST salesman out there and made for the best buyer’s experience that I could’ve hoped for! He’s professional, helpful, honest, up-front, and stays on top of things. I was referred to him by a car-club friend and was told Dave Kerwin would take excellent care of me and he did! I had spoken with many salesmen before deciding to make my purchase and although they were all good, Dave was great! He was persistent (without being pushy) and followed-up with me and knew exactly what I wanted and did a fantastic job of helping me get it. I feel I got an excellent deal on my vehicle. He was honest and did not jerk me around in any way. He put everything on paper and walked me through it step-by-step so I knew exactly how he arrived at my total price. He was fantastic at answering questions, and calling/emailing me with updates. I love that he took pictures and videos of my car for me before I was able to take delivery of my car. Dave knows I am very particular and am a car enthusiast and he was able to cater to all of my specific requests and even went the extra mile on some things such as cleaning my wheels by hand, himself, the day I took delivery of my car because he said he didn’t think they looked clean enough. He also saved all of the factory papers/stickers and that came inside of my car which I really appreciated! Dave was fun to work with too and has a great sense of humor. He honestly made for the best experience! Throughout my experience I told mentioned him to friends and others in my car group and they all said they wished they had known of Dave when they ordered their cars and wished their car salesmen had gone the extra mile like Dave did for me. The best part about Dave is, he would treat any and every one with respect and fairly. He is a family guy and a car enthusiast which I really appreciated about him. He knows his stuff well and is excellent at answering questions! If you’re looking for a very up-front salesman who is honest and is pleasure to work with and knows his stuff very well, DAVE KERWIN is your guy!! I can’t say enough great things about Dave. I made an appointment to have the airbags replaced do to a recall. I showed up at 1020 on 09/11/2017 every one was very nice. I told the gentlemen that I only wanted the airbags replaced… “Only replace the airbags I don’t want anything else done…” he responded with not a problem we can do that and within two minutes another gentleman asked me if there was something wrong with your OBD2 port. Because I put a piece of paper over it that said “Don’t Remove!” I replied to him yes it works I don’t want anything plugged into my truck. if you really have to you will have to get wire cutters to cut a zip tie I put on it so that nothing can be plugged in to it. I should have just stopped then and taken it somewhere else! Two hours later the truck was “done” I picked up the key and readjusted the steering wheel and headed to Teds “because I was hungry” that’s when I saw that they did a multipoint inspection. This irritated me because I told them “Only replace the airbags I don’t want anything else done” I had a nice 45 min drive home after that to find that they didn’t even put the airbag cover on right on the passenger side. Well that just pissed me off! I called four times before I got someone he was nice and pleasant “well if you told them you didn’t want it done they shouldn’t have done it. But it’s kinda routine to have multipoint inspection.” “We can make an appointment to see what we can do with the cover” I did make an appointment but I’m going to cancel it and take it somewhere that takes pride in the work they do!
I was very satisfied with my salesman Mr. Brian Kingman. He went out of his way to try and track down the vehicle I wanted to lease,including options and color and yet keep my payment at or below my request. He was very pleasent and helpful.Everyone I came in contact with was very courteous.I would recommend the dealer and Mr. Kingman.. After three trips to the dealer for a uconnect radio issue, I contacted Chrysler Corp.and was contacted by a very helpful person who made arrangements to get the car back into the dealer to get the issue resolved. Michael Myslakowski was the gentleman in service who had been working on this problem from the get go. He was very helpful in getting me into a loaner with the help of a young lady named Karen.They had the car a couple of days and called me to say it was ready. They explained what actions they had taken to resolve the issue and did some software upgrades..The car has been no problems since..I know this issue was I believe a first which made it harder to diagnose..Good job to all..
I originally made phone contact with John Kingman who quoted me a price over the phone that made it worth my while to take the 30 mile drive. Upon my arrival he was with another customer. So instead of having me wait, He gave his written quote to Bryan Kingman to follow up with me. I was encouraged by the straight talk and facts presented without the high polished, high pressure B.S. sales tactics. These are genuine good down to Earth people. I drove off happy in my 2015 Ram Pickup. They were a pleasure to deal with and have earned my future business along with my personal recommendation to Friends, Family and Co-Workers. As a recent customer at dick huvaeres richmond dealership I first entered the doors of a modern and up to date sense or surroundings. Convinced that I was going to be pestered and told what to buy, that overwhelming feeling was quickly turned around by salesman Marc Desero. Marc made my first car purchasing experience comfortable and collective. At no point in time did he make me feel pressured or obligated to buy a vehicle. Mr. Desero made an obvious goal to put me in the exact vehicle that I desired at a fair price. I also valued his kindness towards other customers while awaiting my arrival from my test drive. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and I should have learned the first time. I gave them a second chance and was even more disappointed, slaes reps do not care about you as long as they make their sale. After that you are useless to them. Above was my original review, after I wrote this review the dealership contacted me to fix my issue, took it in to get what I needed done and they did it (It was getting the computer flashed to activate the hitch for the lights). Only works with some trailers though, I feel like they did minimal work to make me happy. I am giving them an extra star for trying to make things right.
Always professional, courteous and informative. I drive in from Shelby Twp for any work that needs to be done on my Journey. Also have purchased the last 3 cars from Richmond Chrysler/Dodge. Kyle Palermino as well as everyone--from porters on up are always on their best! Just returned for service on 9/09/2015..again everything is still the same quality Kody Pancyk in service --quick lube--write up was excellent as well as Brandon--the tech that came and talked to me about work that needed to be done. Wont have my car serviced anywhere else.
April 2015 leased a truck before leaving on a deployment overseas came home leased a truck for my husband in July 2016. Few days ago attempted to renew the tabs on both trucks ,turns out my husbands truck had a plate with a good tab but it was never registered he had been driving with a bad plate for a year. Seems my truck and his were registered to the plate on my truck. Spoke to the dealership and was told "good thing nothing happened"...pretty much solidified my decision to go elsewhere from here on out
went in on a Saturday at about 1, traded in my Edge. got a fair trade in value and was driving out in a Ram 1500 within a couple hours. They somehow even beat a really good rate that I had on a pre apporval. Melody was our salesperson and she was really nice and helpful. The place was packed and even though we forgot to make an appointment before we showed up she still took care of us. Best experience Ive had at a dealership in along time. I highly recommend it and thanks Melody!
Robert Heppler was very helpful with our recent Ram purchase. He gave us an affordable price and knowing that we had traveled far to make this purchase he arranged to have the truck delivered to our home. Thank you Rob! One other thing. The reason we travel far was the huge selection of Rams that are on the lot. The car deal went down perfect in the beging until i went to register title. I found out that the dead that me the salewomen Sarah Bejin agreed to was not honoured was not. Sarah Bejin and i agreed that would pay Ohio sale tax which is 8% but they only paid 5.75% leaving me with the 2.25% which is over 500.00 and they did not offer to at least half they just stuck me with the bill. So becareful when dealing with dealership they may try to Trick you. They are Shady be careful
My husband and I have leased or purchased vehicles from Brian Noteboom for many years now. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles be sells. Brian actually listens to us so he knows our wants and needs at that particular time. He always helps us pick the perfect vehicle. Just called to talk to someone in express lane about an oil change price and the operator made me feel stupid like asking me several times what is express lane then telling me " you know this is a Chrysler Dealership and was I trying to call the dealership. I had to hang up. Bought my truck 3 months ago and used sales was great. Was going to get my girlfiend a car there tomorrow and get my truck serviced at the same time but not after talking to that operator
What can I say about what Dave Tacconelli did for us to find our new Chrysler Town & Country. My wife loved the previous black with a tan interior Town & Country but Dave was unable to locate one in the Detroit area. After two weeks he was finally able to find the one my wife loved. Dave has always come through for us and we really appreciate the extra effort he puts in to helping my wife and I. Thanks Dave you are the greatest.

My husband Ralph Vitale went to this dealership to purchase a 2010 ford Ranger. His experience with this dealership was the best he ever had. He was very impressed with Jason, his salesman. And also the financial manager was very thorough in explaining the warranty. They even sent someone to my place of employment to install the remote start in his Ranger the next day. Best dealership I have ever dealt with ! From the staff in service, to sales in front and everyone in between. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Special props to parts dept. been buying parts for my race car for 5 years now. Never once was the part incorrect or did I have to wait longer than 2 days to have it special ordered. Great attention to details. Listened to my needs and found a vehicle that met them perfectly at a great price. Mark Herren was my sales person and he did a great job of spending the time with me before and after to the sale to make sure everything went smoothly. I even called him a couple of days after I got the car with a question about how something worked and he got right back to me with an answer.
