Just purchased a brand new 2014 Dodge Charger R/T, this vehicle only had seven miles on the odometer. While test driving it my wife and I noticed the ride was a bit rougher than what we thought it should be. The person selling us the vehicle (also in the car with us while test driving) assured us it was just the road we were on, so we went ahead with the purchase. Three days later and several roads traveled the ride is still as rough as that day, so I took the car back to them informing them of this. I was told by their service department that the tires do in fact have flat spots on them from sitting on their lot for several months without being moved. Being that this issue is of no fault of mine, and when purchasing a brand new vehicle you go in believing everything on that said vehicle will be of optimal condition I thought they would replace the tires. Nope. I was informed that per their policy the tires are not covered under warranty (even though my wife and I bought every one of their add on warranties) apparently it does us no good whatsoever. Point of this review, just warning all others to check the tires before you buy a vehicle from this place!
From beginning to end I was one happy customer. I came in with the intention of looking at a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. The vehicle that I was inquiring about was out front ready for me to test drive as soon as I got there. I met with Mark Dinetz, who is very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He thoroughly explained the aspects of the vehicle before taking it for a drive. When sitting down to talk about pricing, it was a great experience. Marc and Dan worked with me to get to a price that was comfortable for me. There was no pressure to buy or settle. Marc was patient with me and answered all questions I had, with no hesitation. I then worked with Cassie in the finance department to go over the paperwork for buying the car. She was great to work with as well! She answered any questions I had, and went over everything in detail before I signed. I am very happy with the service I received from Hyundai city!
I first took my car to Hyundai City after having an awful experience at another dealership. My car was making a knocking sound when it reached certain speeds, and the other dealership told me they would have to take my engine apart to figure out the problem. I left and went to Hyundai City. They diagnosed the problem almost immediately (loose axel nut) and fixed it free of charge! The second (and most recent) time I brought my car in was due to the engine light coming on. One of the pistons was knocking inside of the engine - the whole engine basically failed. Tony really took care of me. He filled out all of the paperwork to get a new engine covered by my warranty and even offered me a rental in the mean time free of charge. Everyone in the service center is so kind and accommodating. I will definitely be bringing my car back there for future service!!!
I knew I was in need of a commuter vehicle but was unsure of the type. A friend recommended this dealership so with no plan in mind I just decided to stop in. I was lucky enough to work with a salesman named John DeHart, and I have to say it was my lucky day. John was on the money, no pressure, listened to what I needed the car for then offered multiple vehicle suggestions for a test drive. It was like John knew what I needed better than i did. I wound up making a purchase and it has been exactly what I needed. If you need a car go to this dealer, but when you do ask for John DeHart. Cant thank you enough John!!
Worst service ever never got a call back after multiple calls. Will never buy an extended warranty or deal with them ever again. I will call corporate and let them help. This service center couldn’t not fix a squeaking grinding brake after 5 trips their advisor said their machine was off that caused the issue. Now another extreme issue with throttle body and check engine warranty games and no call back never again. Huge piece of junk. Not to mention a tow with their warranty has to be less than ten miles away or you are paying for the miles. Don’t waste your money on their warranty or your time.
I was a tech there, told by Mike Kelly I would get this training and that training. Oddly enough it was all lies. So I figured out something was going on when the uniform company told me I was not approved. Week two, then only give me two tee shirts. Best part was I still believe this less then truthful person. Then they hirded another person who oddly enough was friends of most of the other coworks. I was fired within a week. Filed a veterans discrimination with the VA. Point is, if they lie to employees, what do you think they will do with you?
GREAT PLACE!! Very Friendly and Helpful People that really care about you!! Bought 2 cars from this place and never had any trouble...You can Really tell that the Owner Really REALLY Cares about his customers and Employees!! Service Dept. is Great too....Every time i have any work done on my car,I am offered a loaner car to use...but most times i just go to the diner and have lunch and by the time i am done eating...My car is Ready!! Just a Fantastic place all around...Thank you CITY AUTO PARK.
When we first went into the dealership, we had no idea what to expect. We just wanted information pertaining to our lease that was coming due in June. Our salesman, Robert Carapella, was extremely friendly and even offered us water/soda while the numbers were being calculated. He showed us the figures and explained what they were and the decision was ours, with no pressure added. We felt like a family member of the dealership for how smoothly the process was in buying our leased vehicle.
Buying my vehicle at Hyundai City was a very pleasant experience! This was our 3rd Hyundai purchase (first purchase in 2006!); but our first time at Hyundai City. The sales associate, Matt Dasher, was very knowledgeable with the many features of the Sonata and answered all our questions courteously and in lay-man terms (non-techie). We knew what vehicle we wanted and the sales associate concentrated on that vehicle. Totally happy with our 2016 Hyundai Sonata Purchase!
Service department ruined my warranty and I had to throw away the truck! They reported that the truck had "Modifications" when only thing it had was an auxiliary fuel tank by an authorized retailer, the fuel was drained from auxiliary tank to the main fuel tank. They said that its a modification and voided my factory and extended warranty for this reason! Unreliable, unhelpful and obviously I lost my Laramie due to the coverage, I can not pay $20,000 for engine repair!
I had the pleasure of buying my first car from Robert Carapella just a couple of days ago and I must say that I have no regrets! He was very helpful and kept a smile on his face the entire time! I would definitely recommend him and the entire dealership to anyone who is looking to buy an affordable, good-running car! Rene was also very nice, I was very pleased with the whole establishment and their exemplary customer service skills!
I recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Volester form Hyundai City. Overall wonderful experience. Fred Supnick was my salesman. Nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He was not very pushy and did not make me feel as though I was sold a car but I bought a car. The finance manager I worked with was Rene Galindo, another wonderful experience. He was very informative and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
My sales person Matt Dasher was amazing. Very relaxed and knowledgeable. The financing with Rene Galindo was also amazing. They found a lender who gave me a great rate and I was able to afford an extended warranty as well. Free oil change, 1000 mile bumper to bumper warranty from the dealer, free Auto Show tickets and an exceptional car at an unbelievable price. What more could yo ask for??
I bought my second car here just this past week. I bought a used car this time around but the service and attention paid to me was fantastic and just made me feel so at ease. There was no pressure and no gimmicks or baloney! Matt Dasher (my salesman) was the best! I always use their service department and will continue doing so too! Tony Sacco is always helpful and very honest!
I guess you can call me a catalog shopper. I knew what i wanted when I went to this dealership and after searching for my new Santa Fe on truecar and making an appointment Hyundai City I was greeted by first name and the Santa Fe I was interested in was parked right by the front entrance ready for me an my wife to go on a test ride. Fred was extremely professional very helpful
They sold me a vehicle with flood damage and they wanna take no responsibility for the vehicle i purchased the vehicle in october 2014 and u can tell the damage is old wish i could post pictures on here so i have a non running vehicle with a 429.00 loan but in the end i am gonna win trust me and do not deal with Jenny she is a clueless ass clown
Our car shopping experience today was incredible thanks to Matt Dasher, the best sales associate everrr!!!! We traded our 2008 Dodge Caliber and received a 2016 Hyundai Elantra w great features at an incredible price. We didnt even have to negotiate for hours. Lol They definitely made our day. I thought it was a nice experience at first when I signed papers to lease a 2016 Jeep Cherokee limited. That was 31 days ago. No tags yet? Leasing Bank has no info on me yet? people at the dealership does not return calls. My first payment was due on the 12th.
