I am RH negative. When I was pregnant with my child I became sensitized and have Anti-C and Anti-D antibodies in my blood. My first visit I made that clear and talked to the medical supervisor twice to make sure this was okay. Both times she assured me she looked it up and it would be fine. The second time I went they had issues with my account on the computer which I understand is out of their control. Again, I brought up my antibodies with a different medical supervisor and he said that was not the problem. The third time I went I talked to another medical supervisor and he said I was deferred from the program due to my antibodies. I asked why and he said my plasma could kill someone who did not have the antibodies if given to them. I probably spent 7 hours there between all three visits. I find it shocking that the first two times I was given clearance to donate, when the third medical supervisor explained how dangerous my plasma could be. I also asked about my antibodies via their Facebook page through messenger before I came in. It shows they read it but I never received an answer.
This place is terrible. I went one day, waited an hour to be told that the machines werent working and I needed to come back another day. Went back the next day with my boyfriend at 7:30am because the staff had told me that it would not be busy then. We got there, signed in and started waiting. I got called for a screening after about an hour of waiting. My boyfriend was never called, went up to the counter multiple times and asked why he hadnt been called yet. They said he was next but he was not and they continued to call over ten people before him that had gotten there way after we arrived. We waitied a total of 2.5 hours to end up leaving because they hadnt event screened him or given either of us physicals. Not worth $50 at all. This place is a waste of time.
The staff are welcoming and very accommodating. I was mistakenly called for an offer of extra compensation for my next donation, even though I was not a new donor. After I had not been credited the promotional value, I explained my situation and they gave me the full payment even though I was not technically qualified for the bonus.
This is a good place to go to get extra cash however, some of the staff could use an attitude check and ever since the text message bonus coupons have changed it is rarely worth while. Inconveniences are abundant.
Showed up right when they opened, waited over 2 hours and was not even called for the physical. I was told after the first hour that I was next in line and was still never called. Huge waste of time.
A lot of these reviews seem to describe the service as very rude and slow. It did take awhile to complete the physical/precedure but the people were very kind and helpful.

Literally the worst experience ever. I recommend to go anywhere but this location.
They take forever and all employees look like they have nothing to do.
