I have heard great things about Lash and had a great experience getting service done there on my Silverado when the starter went out. When I decided to buy a new family vehicle, I went there first. Having dealt with and even worked at other dealerships in the past, I was very happy with the entire experience (as compared to other experiences) when I bought our 2014 Equinox. The sales staff were friendly and genuine as well as very helpful. There was absolutely no pressure, but they were able to answer all my questions accurately and also worked to get the payment down a little to what I was comfortable with. I will be a long time customer and will recommend them to friends and family for both sales and service.

The Service Dept. is great!! I always work with Jim but have worked with others, He is not high pressure about getting stuff done that might need done. He tells you what you car needs or what it is time to do with the mileage you have on your car. Then says contact me when you are ready. I always had a thought in my mind that every time I would take my car to a dealership for service within a month some else would go wrong SO I would have to take it back..... I DO NOT feel that way at LASH!!!

Our Cadillac was running rough so we took it into Lash at closing on a Thursday. Even though the car had to understandably stay overnight the mechanic began troubleshooting the issue that night so he could order any parts first thing the next morning. The next day Lash had our car fixed and ready to go. The car has been running great ever since. I have always been very impressed with their knowledge and speed of repairs needed.

They lost our business, however it worked out well for us because today we scored a much better version of the vehicle we wanted to buy from Lash for a much lower price from Coughlin instead. The staff at Coughlin were much friendlier too, so that was a bonus!! :)

One of the largest perks outside of the quality of staff is the ability to obtain a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. The Service Staff did a great job (as usual). With the various trips that I have been into the dealership for they have caused me to not even look at going someplace else for my next vehicle purchase.

I was very unhappy with the truck I had purchased on Saturday 12/26 so I called first thing Monday morning 12/27 to attempt to return the truck and was told that it was not possible to I will not be recommending anyone to go hear I just hope the service contract is worth the extra $ they charge
