Cantstand Biomat

My husband and I have been donating here for couple years now and all of a sudden I get a false positive. Well they tested me again and it came up NEGATIVE. Also I was scared and went and got tested at 2 other places and brought in MY NEGATIVE RESULTS TO BIOMAT, but because BIOMAT gave me a FALSE POSITIVE, I CANNOT DONATE ANYWHERE... EVER... And my husband cannot donate at Biomat as long as we are still married. I DO NOT HAVE HEPATITIS, AND WHY DO MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE TO GET DIVORCED WHEN BIOMAT MADE A #@(& UP... Now my SS# has been reported to the Health Department, and now I am a risk... BOYCOTT BIOMAT OR THEY COULD MESS UP YOUR LIFE BECAUSE OF THEIR UNFAIR POLICY AND THEIR MISTAKE

As much as one CAN love their experience donating plasma, I did. These folks were very kind when I fainted at one point (being a newbie to this) and patient and competent. It is also a very clean space with a lot of very thorough screenings. They are efficient even when busy and place emphasis on customer appreciation, giving me a "go to the front of the line" card one time when I waited for a while. There are many opportunities for bonuses when you donate here, too. If I do ever go back to donate plasma, this is where I will go!

The management careless handling patient files even when under audit. $10 bonus is not enough to make up for the hour lost waiting and then being told that you are unable to donate. Could have received $45 today which now i dont get due to the careless filing of patient charts. Management needs to get their game together and computerize these files! This is the third time this has happened.

Very friendly staff. The facility is very clean. They tickle me to death on the iodine part. I live closer to the Sandy location but choose this one because of the great people here. I bet all the haters that rated this place a one star will whine about everything else in life as well.

Awesome place to donate. Professional friendly staff, sometimes it takes a while but thats on you to get there with enough time. It can be really fast too. Clean, and cozy. Only place i will donate. Check it out.

First time donor yesterday and they were very quick and efficient with everything. Service was friendly. Clean facility and they got me done quickly, even though it was a first time. Will go again 2x per week.

The place is clean, but the service sucks. Every time I have a 10 buck bonus it never gets put on my card and they say we will give it to you next time... I think it should double every time the screw up

Donating at this location works very well for my husband and I. The staff is always so friendly and very professional. The environment is comfortable. My favorite part is the free wifi and movies.

WORST EVER!!! I have only donated 3 times in the past 4 months. The staff does not know what they are doing. I do not recomend any one goes here. Find somewhere else. Better yet go to CSL!!

GREAT PLACE AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE! I have only been here 3 times, but everytime I go they are always friendly, efficient, and get you in and out asap. Very clean and well staffed!
