This place is HORRIFIC. We have had the worst experience EVER with Clayton who works in the shop. They "rebuilt" our transmission and within 24 hours it broke again and they are currently refusing to pay for their mistakes (or even own up to them, for that matter). We live in Chicago and are now arguing with him from 8 hours away, and he is a huge jerk. I am contacting all of his superiors so they all know about his unprofessional attitude and horrible work on our car. We have currently been without a car for a month total. And they refuse to pay for a rental car for us, so we have incurred that expense on our own. I will NEVER, EVER buy another Ford car or use Coughlin Ford, and neither will my family and friends who live in Johnstown. They are undeserving of any stars.

My husband I purchased a great 2007 Ford F250 from Coughlin just yesterday. We have wit many dealerships in our time. Coughlin Ford of Johnstown was great! Our Sales Associate Shawn Hubbard was never pushy or tried to upsell. He understood what we were looking for and found the perfect truck for our business. We will be back for certain. The financing was easy and fast, we were in and out in under 2.5 hrs. Awesome! I think what impressed me most was that Shawn took the time to research the truck for us. Shawn Hubbard of Coughlin Ford I was looking for a new vehicle. I contacted Coughlin Ford to look at different vehicles. Shawn Hubbard the sales person was great. He helped me by just treating me like family. He told that I should test drive the new vehicles to see what I wanted. After test driving the Ford Fusion SE, I new I had found my new Vehicle. However, before purchasing my new vehicle, I had my wife test drive it and she loved it as well. AWESOME!!! We visited 2 other dealerships before going Coughlin Ford in Johnstown! We were jumping through hoops working with the typical cheesy used car saleman wanting to charge us a high interest rate, not at Coughlin!! We were in and out with our new to us used vehicle in 45 minutes with a low interest rate and even agreed to fix a few minor repairs! When we took the vehicle in for maintenance, they were done quickly and even gave me a loaner vehicle that was comparable to my vehicle! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys are the best mechanics. My 6.0 Powerstroke went down and I thought it was injectors. Going out of town so dropped it off friday night with the drop box. They work on it Saturday and traced the problem down to low fuel pressure caused by a bad fuel regulator. Had her running by 3. Instead of treating the symptoms (dead cylinders because of starved injectors) they fixed the cause. Will recommend to anyone

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! All the employees are very friendly and helpful. Greg Kitchen was professional and personable, but not pushy at all like most of the sales staff at other dealerships. Jay Costa was really easy to speak and deal with, two rare and great guys! We love the F350 and everything the Johnstown group did for us. Talked to Jeff C. at the Johnstown location about an 09 Ford F-150. The next day, my wife and I drove 102 miles to meet with him. Very low pressure and was down to earth.
