The worst experience with the service department I have ever had. I took my Subaru BRZ to them that had some seatbelt alarm issues. They took $99.00 for the diagnostics and told me that they will be done after 2 hrs. I come back 2.5 hours later and the technician has not even started. They were stating that they got bucked up with other work although I had made the appointment with them earlier. I left my car for another day and the technician requested $99.00 more to look for the problem. I am planning to pull out my vehicle and never return to this dealership.

I work sales myself and they are not very honest bought a f150 from the used lot wanted to be at a certain number a month they called the bank negotiated the interest rate and made the price of the truck higher dumb mistake on my part trusting them but now i know usually myself as a good sales person reviews the whole buyers order top to bottom price of unit fees taxes etc but they just throw it at you and tell you to sign. another dirty used car salesman

We feel welcome here whenever we bring our car for service. My only gripe is of they could provide loaner vehicles for regular services like Mossy does. The new location is HUGE and has all amenities for waiting customers. The staff has always been friendly. Well worth the long drive from North San Diego. Could ding half a star for the shuttle service system which is somewhat ... inflexible.

Just bought a new 2012 Subaru Impreza from Frank Subaru, and I must say that the sales department was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and quite nice. Our first experience with a Subaru dealership was with Kearny Mesa Subaru, and that did not go so well (See review). So even if you must drive a little out of your way, I highly recommend the folks at Frank Subaru.

Last year I bought a new 2012 WRX from them. I found them using truecar and they were offering the best price and a car fresh off the boat with no miles on the odo(and some packing material still attached). Since then I have added multiple modifications having them put on some of the more dicey ones. I highly recommend them as a good mod friendly dealer.

Mike and Pilar was amzing! I got a $600 a month estimate from "another" Subaru dealership and they got me more options for mre than $200 less per month! Kudos to the team there at Franks for saving my wife and I a ton of money and being really helpful. STAY AWAY FROM CARLSBAD!

The service department is terrible. The service manager is not a helpful person. They fixed one problem and created another problem for you and then try to charge on you. I really can not recommend you to go to this dealer for service.

I called the Parts department to request the price of clutch for my car. The person that answered hung up twice in a row,and the lady in service thinks that it "may have been a glitch in the phone system". Highly doubtful.
