If your new, beware. They expect your a regular and know what to do at all times. 1 of 5 workers are extremely rude. I have difficult veins to poke. Ive had up to 5 people in one sitting try to find my vein. They stick it in and then go searching and poking with little regard to how your doing. If I didnt need the money, which is why 100% of the people are there, no way would I put up with their poor customer service.

Some of the staff are great. Others, ignorant and possibly unqualified. One young man in particular is a real hot mess. No professionalism or courtesy whatsoever. Another young man much like him actually injured me (softball-sized hematoma from a really bad vein perforation) that kept me from donating for months). Probably only a matter of time with this one as well.

Very unprofessional have been numerous times and the techs are having inappropriate conversation about sexual things etc which makes me uncomfortable but as to where take money off card u can go to Kroger on MLK and I usually get a pack ofkoolaid because its .25 and I withdraw the rest of the cash at self check out

Bring a book or something to do. I usually have to donate after work around 6pm during the week and line is normally about 25 people deep. Wait to be screened averages around an hour or more. They really need more staff to screen. The staff is great though.

Me and my ol man both donate twice a week, the line is long sometimes but its never a hassle to get donating for us, it takes me 27 mins to donate and him bout 45 but thats do to weight class, they are awesome people there i wouldnt rather go anywhere else

alot faster then the other one down the rd I waited 6 hrs for forat appt at other one 2 to 3 for first appt here so alot better and I made 50.00 is that wjat u get for first 5 donations still

They are very slow and they need more screeners or more stickers but it should not take no more than 2hr to get in the back thats y i go to the on Saginaw its quicker and faster
