I have purchased two motorcycles from Cycle City of Mountain Home now and I know that when myself or my wife are looking to purchase another motorcycle the first place we will look will be Cycle City. I worked with Russell both times and he is absolutely amazing. Their prices are the best in the area and their level of customer service is phenomenal. I have been recommending Cycle City to everyone I know for years since the first time I bought a bike from them.

I found a bike listed on a local classified site and contacted the dealership and Russel in sales. After a very brief conversation with him, a deposit was made and within 30 hours the bike was delivered for a VERY reasonable fee almost 5 hours from the dealer to my home. Dust in the wind

Russ and the team at cycle city were extremely helpful, I stopped in this afternoon to purchase a fz-07 and I had the best service and pricing I have ever had at any motorcycle dealership. The Level of service they provided has made them the first place I will check for all future purchases despite the hour ride it is to get there.

I called on a 4 wheeler at 7:00PM on the friday before labor day, I ended up getting Russ on his mobile since they were closerd for the holiday weekend. Russ met me at the shop at 8:30 since i had to drive from Boise and we got the deal done QUICK! He went so far above and beyond, I could not have been more impressed!

Never actually had these guys do work for me, but once when I was stranded out in the Owyhee Desert, I hiked to the top of a hill, called them up & explained my problem (busted kill switch), and they walked me through the field repair. A++.
