Wasted 2 and half hours here. Im type 1 diabetic I came here because I got mixed reports of people telling me whether I could donate blood or not. I asked 4 different people I talked to if I could donate and none of them had a history is medicine they told me id have to ask the doctor. So after 2 hours+ going through oral and written tests I finally get to the doctor and I tell her im insulin dependent. She gives me a puzzled look and opens a book and reads to me that I cant donate because insulin dependent. Why the hell was that so hard? Why does only 1 person have access to the book of crap that will prevent you from donating? Why did I have to wait 2hours+ for a simple answer that came from a book? Huge waste of time for me. But other than that the staff seemed friendly enough. Just unorganized and slow.

Inconsiderate staff..i was stuck in the arm wrong...and the phlebotomist was un unsympathetic to hearing me out once i brought my concern to him...i was unable to donate due to his f up..and the staff stood behind his unprofessionalism..Worse experience since donating...and i waited over 3hrs...

Place is really dirty and very rude, lazy staff. Took me FOREVER to donate. Hopefully when they move into the new place they get new employees and keep it clean. Just employees standing around chatting instead of helping people donating.

this is a fantastic,clean customer friendly environment. The staff is amazing an informational as well as helpful.come in to the best trained techs in the QC area. ask for miss natalie.30 plus years experience in the field.

Very rude staff who would rather get on with the rest of their day instead of making donors feel comfortable. Vital testing is also extremely inaccurate. Go elsewhere for a more blood pressure friendly environment
