I went there some time back to look at a used vehicle, when the sales rep who took me in the back to see the used vehicle, It was hooked up to a trailer and people were either loading or unloading out of the trailer. When the sales rep told the manger I am interested in looking at the truck (that is suppose to be for sale) he told his rep to hurry up, because he has got to be somewhere in a few minutes with the truck for some meeting. HE NEVER EVEN LOOKED at me, or acknowledged me being there. I went up there 5 times until I finally saw the truck,(because he was driving it everyday) just to be told to turn around and go because he was busy driving the truck!!! Not to mention they tore up the front in of the truck, and I was lied to about that. I am guessing it is because he is spending more time driving himself and hauling loads on this vehicle rather than making a sale. This is not how you treat people, and espically customers. I do not know who out there is going to read this, but I work too damn hard trying to provide for my family and serve my country to be treated like an idiot. It is not the salemen there, it starts with their management. TRUST ME THEY ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR YOU OR YOUR INTEREST

My son started looking for a 2017 Shelby a few months ago. Came across Hub City Ford and they were very eager to help. Unfortunately they could not get him a 2017, but they said in a few months they would be able to order a 2018 just the way he wanted. They assured me there would not be an addendum put on the car, and the only vehicles they add an addendum to are the Raptors. My husband was also looking for a truck, which they had just what he wanted on their lot. Now that they are able to order a 2018 Shelby, we were told there would be a $10,000 addendum added to the price of the car, after already assuring us that there would not be an added dealer cost. We are going to purchase two cars, but not from them. This is a dealership I advice anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, they cannot be trusted.

I purchased a 2016 F-150 3.5 Crew Cab with Max Tow pkg from Susan in August 2016. She communicated with me every step of the way. She returned my phone calls promptly and addressed any concerns or questions that I had. I was VERY specific in what I wanted and they went out of their way to locate it for me. I absolutely love the truck. The ecoboost 3.5 pulls like a diesel and averages 20 mpg combined. The finance department got me financed with fair terms even with sub par credit. I did spend most of my day there but it was a great experience the whole way through. Thank You Susan and Team! I love my new truck!

Friendly staff at first but really shady when negotiations began. Word of mouth on this dealership is pretty bad. In a nut shell we agreed on a price and a extra package for vehicle only to be taken advantage of just so they can make a deal. Havent experienced that at any other dealership this far. Its a shame because i was going to buy a vehicle from them as well until they handled the other vehicle terribly. Go form your own opinion... hope money isnt an issue though.

I previously wrote a very scathing, but honest review about this Dealership. I have since spoke with the Service manager as well as his supervisor. They informed me that my service experience was one that they are not proud of and they attempted to resolve the issue. The person who caused my experience to be negative has been terminated. I am satisfied with their attempt to correct this issue and will give them a chance to win back my trust and business.

Hub City truly cares about their customers. All service needs for our vehicles are done at Hub City Ford. Rebecca and Meagan in the service department are marvelous love them. Clay the parts technician knows his business. Moses the detailing specialist is awesome as you see the cars on the showroom floor is proof.
