King & Queen Of Halloween

They were the WORST!!!!!!! I called them on a Wednesday. They informed me it would be 24-48 hrs. until the tow company contacted me. This is 6 days later, and not a word from the tow company. I looked through my caller ID many times, and no tow truck company on there. When I called back cars4kids, the operator was rude, and indignant. I am not giving my car to people who are ungrateful, rude to customers. Maybe you should think twice before giving anything to people that are rude, unappreciative, and do not do as they say. I had 2 cars to donate. They got neither. A thank you always works better than being unkind!!!

I donated a van to Kars4kids and was very satisfied with the service. I applied online and they returned my call immediately. Set everything up with a tow service> Tow service worked with my scheduling and the car was gone in two days. Everyone was very helpful and quick to respond to everything. I highly recommend that if you donate a car go with Kars4kids. Very good!
