I had a bad experience due to the service dept. Trying to over charge me for parts. I ended up finding the parts myself from the local napa (I will be giving them a great review for being so helpful) with a price that was half to a third of what they were trying to charge at the dealership, for the same parts. The service dept. Had given my a quote of one hour of labor before I found my own parts. I called 5 mins after authorizing service and told them I would bring my own parts. They told me no problem. After the service was completed they tried to charge me for three hours of service time AND at a higher rate then I was told to begin with. After arguing with the service assistant about the price and being put on hold multiple times, I finally talked with the service manager and we came to a compromise of two hours at the first quoted rate. The unfortunate thing is that I am in the market for a new 2017 f350 lariat edition dually and after this encounter with this dealership I will not be purchasing from them.

We are not happy with our purchase at all, we made the purchase back in June, the agreement was our passenger side door would be fixed as there was a dent in it. We brought it in and they tried to fix it and they made it worse. We then called our sales guy and he stated we will need to bring it in again. The second time we brought it in the dent was even worse instead of being indented it was protruding outward. They proceeded to tell us he guy who fixed it stated it will get worse every time you wash it. We even call ford headquarters because the issue has not been fixed. We feel that the door either should be fixed or replaced. Being that the guy who fixes dents stated it’s only going to get worse there is only one option. They were rude to us the second time we went in to pick up our truck. This is poor customer service and we want the truck fixed we never would have bought it if they did not agree to fix it Melissa Levasseur

the service was quick and done correctly. I never need to bring my vehicle back to re-fix an issue that was already repaired. The interaction with all of the employees is top of the line and they always are able to completely answer any additional questions not related to the current service that you are having done. Gibbons Ford in Dickson city is accommodating for my time frame when i can drop off my Truck / SUV to get service done. they always call when there is an additional issue when they are performing the initial repair. This is the most thorough and honest repair shop and dealership that is out there. I have always taken my car here ever since my first purchase of my 95 ford Taurus. i have purchased 5 different vehicles in that time frame.

Took my truck in for a/c. Problem the evaporater coil was leaking the labor guide says 12.9 hours i had set an appointment 16 days later i finaly get my truck back some good setting appointment did. I was lied to my truck kept getting pushed back and the service rep took off the day the warranty co was supposed to give the approval for repair and left no one else knowing this and the other svc reps couldnt find the paperwork. If your Ford needs anything low tire pressure to motor job take to any ford dealer in the country but be warned stay away from gibbons ford. Next time i need svc i will drive a 1000 miles b4 i would take it back to gibbons ps 1 star is only because i have to

My purchase experience was professional, courteous and totally non-confrontational. My salesperson, Earl Chubb, answered all my questions, displayed patience, understanding of my situation and went beyond expectations in accommodating a special circumstance I had. He even came in on his day off to effect the final terms and delivery of the vehicle. The dealerships commitment to customer satisfaction is very evident by the follow up to my initial visit and purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending Earl and Gibbons Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I brought my vehicle there with a warranty that covered 100% of costs minus my 100 deductable and they told me the warranty only covered 7/10ths of their labor costs. I was told the warranty prior told them they would only cover 45 minutes of their 1 hour job (installing a backup camera). It sounded fishy do I called the warranty company and they told me they covered the entire hour and would pay for more as long as gibbons Ford let them know why they needed the extra time. Longer story shorter they upchaged me and I had to pay out of pocket what was already paid for.

Purchased our 2014 F 250 used at Gibbons and it was a good experience. Just had it back today for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. We live over 60 miles away and made an appointment so we wouldn’t have to wait in line at the quick lane. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes. Being as how we made an appointment I was expecting about an hour and a half. Now this may seem petty but seeing as how it’s this big beautiful new dealership I was expecting at least a car wash but no. We were however offered a cold bottle of water. Disappointed to say the least.

what a joke they are open on saturday no clue why they cant sell you a car cause the lady who does the title work is not in on saturday. what a waste of time and money. do you really think anyone is going to come back on a monday for title work. nope some of us work all week and can only do this on saturdays. good way to chase customers out the door. I deal with them on a business level and personal. as well as they deal with me lol not any more. next time i get a call from them im going to say sorry that person is not in today.

Watch yourself, they have and will take full advantage of you! I sent my son to gibbons for an emitons sticker only but they told him he should do both meaning the inspection sticker.. The sticker was dated September! So now we paid for both because they told him it was better... Will never ever trust this place again. They will even hang up on you so. You will call back and they can make sure not to answer! They are so disrespectful. Buyer beware!!

Amazing!!! Have bought 2 vehicles from Gibbons Ford in the last year and have had the best experience in buying a vehicle. Our salesman, Kurtis is professional, but down to earth and real. Buying a vehicle is a process so having a salesman that can be down to earth and joke around makes the experience more enjoyable. The other staff were just as cool and fun as well. The experiences we have had with Gibbons Ford have been Stellar.
