LESS THAN ONE STAR> Google requires a star in order to post. Absolutely horrible experience. Ridiculous wait times three to four times those quoted on there website. Horrific lack of professionalism by all workers. Complete disregard for the donors time. Zero accountability for this plasma collection centers inability to meet its own obligations in regards to accomodating donors. My last donation (and the last straw) occurred for me when I foolishly donated late on a sunday of a holiday weekend, and was not paid for three days. I called several times and got the runaround - never received an apology. Also complete lack of response from the corporate entity whom I had emailed several times.

Waited an hour and a half to even be called up to fill out paperwork. Filled out paperwork, waited another hour for my physical. Was told I could not donate plasma because of my involvement with academic research surveys. Do not donate plasma here or anywhere under the Grifols name.
