Very unhappy with the front desk customer service. madison shields was who assisted me. She does not greet people. She has a bad attitude. I came in checked in at 615am. She tried to pull up my file and states that there was no file. So a transfer had to be initiated. I transferred from boise a year or so ago. I then spoke with brenda at the boise location and she said that my file was indeed in Nampa but that information didnt matter to Madison. I even explained to her i called yesterday and spoje with someone and not once did they mention anything about this to me. I drove 30 mins to make my early morning appointment and was turned away...

I have had the best experience at biolife in nampa. they have always been super helpful even when they are super busy. i even felt a bit dizy one day and the nurse came right over to me and gave me a snack and some water. I always recommend going to biolife nampa

They Missed my vein and Caused a Hematoma 4" by 8" and now I cant Donate for two weeks. all this pain for $20 just not worth it. I will stick to giving blood to Red Cross

Worst service ever, always under staffed. Always have an empty floor leaving people waiting forever. Donations take 45 min but in nampa expect it to take over 2 hours.
