Very poor, I had all of my info, my proof of address, SSN (The lady told me a copy of the SSN would be okay), and my ID. All went well until she said it will take 4 weeks to receive my pay.. A couple of days later I went to investigate why it would take weeks instead of them giving it to right then and there. Well I went back and they had no record of me being there. I showed them that I was there, they then told me if I give them the information that I used I would get paid. Well I gave them all and the lady told me my information is no good be cause I need a physical SSN, a ID with a signature. I would recommend a different place to go.. They Hijacked my Plasma.

The people who work there are 99% good to you and there is no problem with payments. The comments about messed up payments sounds manufactured or the guy is too ignorant to listen to what they were saying. It is VERY simple, they tell you step by step what to do and where to go. Some of the process is annoying but you are getting paid for it.

I just went about a week ago and the process the first time did take about 3 hours. But I got my money right after applied on a debit card. I immediately went to the atm and took out the money and had no problems. They payed me about $55 for the first time. The next time I go back it will be $50. Overall, it was a good experience.
