Biomat USA provides some great service. The staff is very friendly and understanding when it comes to the needs and wants of the donors, they have a wide variety of movies that they show to keep people entertained, and I really enjoy the fact that donating plasma puts money directly and instantly onto a prepaid Visa card. The only complaint I could make is that they get pretty busy some days. So much so that they sometimes make mistakes. I once waited an extra 20 minutes in the lobby while they skipped over my name, but when I stepped to the counter to them they had no problem realizing there goof-up and bumping me to the head of the que. Other than that there is nothing I can really knit-pick at. If I could I would give this a 4.5/5 or a 9/10, but google wont let me.

I have been a donor for 3 years never had a problem till last week. I have been misinformed with this company who blindly did not want to own up to their mistake. Just letting you If you have been away for less than 5 months you will not get renewed donor fees. You have to be at least 6 months or they will dupe you. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU THAT YOU ARE A NEW DONOR ASK ON HOW MANY MONTHS YOU HAVE BEEN AWAY. The way THE MGR OF THIS PLASMA CENTER handled their customer service on their MISCOMMUNICATION WAS HORRIBLE!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SPOT AGAIN!!!

Apparently if you have not donated within the last couple of months you must go through the registration and physical portion again. They did not tell me this when I first signed up and when I went back to donate blood again ,I waited around for 2 hours before they told me that I would have to redo the entire process. They lack organization and professionalism.

Really fast experience, even as a first time donor, the time just flies. Also really friendly and helpful staff. The best plasma donation center in San Diego. The facility is also really nice and clean. Also just a heads up it can get pretty chilly in there. Id definitely bring a sweater or small blanket.

It was ok experience the first time, but never donate because I weight less than it should be. Women got weight more than 115 pounds and more. Guys more than that to pass and donate plasma. But overall the staff and experience was ok. Movies play there. But not sure if kids are allowed inside.

This place will bullshit you to the max. Wont let you donate cause "you have to schedule your days" . last lady that stuck a needle up my boyfriends arm was a trainee & put it in too deep he couldnt feel his arm after the tube bursted & almost killed him.

I like that they are very professional. The facility id very clean and the staff is very polite, courteous and professional. They get you in and out in a timely manner as well. This its by far the best donation center I have had the pleasure of being at.

Great staff and a very clean facility. Sometime this place gets busy but they get you in and out in a reasonable time. Highly recommend this facility over the other blood plasma donation centers. Also the free powerade is cool

This place is actually very profesional. Mostly every worker there is skilled when it comes to poking your vein. My plasma donation gives me extra cash, and I am saving lives at the same time :-)
