Staff are lazy, arrogant, and rude. The police here harass the homeless. The workers dress in expensive clothes to work at a shelter! They let drug dealers deal openly. Gang members and crack dealers and heroine dealers hang out in the lobby, but staff harass users. They do little to help to clients find housing. Its hard for the homeless.

This is an Excellent place that goes above and beyond to help families and people in need. The main manager there Chris has been there for man many years and puts his heart and soul into the establishment in helping all that walk in the door there.

Employees are very respectful, and soft spoken always willing to help. Facilities are frequently kept clean and sanitary.
