I came to this place back in August to seek assistance for my gas bill so I filled out an application and got a letter from the mailbox from them saying they denied me assistance because I didn’t make any payment for the past 90 days, so I made a payment and came back to reapplied so they can see a payment was made. Got another letter in the mailbox denied me assistance again. I came back and asked the front desk what happened and she got loud in front of people since I am deaf and wear hearing aids. I was so upset and called the other office and talked to the management and she looked into my file and said she will explain to the person who denied my application and will have this person call me back. Never heard back from them at all. I would never go back or recommend anyone there since they are no help at all. If I had known they would treated or denied me help on my gas bill, I would have used that money to feed my child. Thanks a lot Bishop Sullivan!

I went in to obtain information for my Community Health Worker class so people in the community who need their services will be able to get them. The front desk woman was rude, asked for a manager and of course she said there was no one there above her able to help, horrible horrible!!!

The manager Tom Turner is very rude. We watched him kick out phone people that hand out free phones and he had no business professionalism about him. When the girl asked him why he was just very nasty. I will not recommend anyone here.
