I had been donation plasma for years in Gwinnett with no problems. I moved to Athens and found Biotest. The very first visit they blew out my vein due to not correctly inserting the needle in the vein. I had to wait a week to heal and return. The second visit they did the same thing again!! The lead phlebotomist said that whoever stuck me had done it improperly again. I was differed for 56 days because of their error! I need the money from donating and now because of their error I have to wait two months before I can return. The facility was also not very clean and seemed outdated. I will not be using them again!

Every time I come in its a problem. They are very racist and VERY VERY unorganized. They will think of anything to not do their job. Their employees rolls eyes and are very much disrespectful. DONOT GO HERE!!!!!! Waste of time!!!! They will have u waiting over 4 hours even with an appointment. One donor was bleeding really bad. & they did NOT give him his funds even though he lost a lot of blood. DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT ENTER THIS PLASM CENTER !!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them negative five stars I would.

Stephanie was super great at the back desk. Extremely friendly, very quick and agile getting my chart. Much diligence was had by my screener Nicholas, he was very thorough and I had a great personable experience. Then on the floor Jame was attentive and caring and helped to me with the basketball programming.

The wait times are unacceptable. Waiting an hour and a half just to get seen after my questionnaire is crazy. Staff seems as though they dont really care and take forever to disconnect you from the machine. I wish there was somebody to complain to that could get the wait times down.

Inefficiently run. Online appointment scheduling is more or less ignored. Lots of people standing around when customers could be moved through the process faster. Currently Im sitting in the chair waiting on them to connect me to the machine. I have been waiting for 15 min.

The staff was friendly and everything was clean but it is an old building and a lack of parking. There is a dedicated lot next to the building but there is no enforcement that the parking is for Bio Test only. They pay really well for donors too!

IDK why folks are downing this place these folks here are super friendly from the receptionist to the tech this is a clean friendly place to donate and everytime im there I let them all no what a great job they are doing keep up the great work

Layed back place when there not so busy , I have had a few ups and downs with the cash but they get you in and out quick as they can 3 stars Thanks Stephanie team leader for helping.
