This store has really gone downhill. Astronomical prices, sometimes higher than what items cost brand new. Items are significantly higher than even ebay prices. How is this helping the community? Rude management. They rather sit on the same items for months due to high price than lower them in hopes someone will by them. Even when items hit off half they usually are still overpriced. I hope the current management team is replaced by a competent one because whoever is running the store has their head in the sand.

We used to donate here, thinking it was a good thing as the money went for training and helping the poor. But when we learned it was owned by a millionaire and the money went to him, not charity, we stopped donating. What a deal for him. He gets free goods, sells what he can, sells the rest for scrap and pays his workers the bare minimum. It is good that he provides jobs for the disadvantaged, but he is far from doing the work of true charitable organizations. Pick your charities wisely before donating.

very overpriced i dont see how they are helping the community. did not see any good deals or clothing that wasnt stained. hard to find anything in my size because nothing is organized! i rather go to the salvation army that is friendly and more reasonable

Average, dumpy and dingy goodwill. A lot of junk and not that many gems. Lots of broken items and items with missing pieces. Prices steadily on the rise. Anything name brand is marked up. Typically there are long lines at the checkout.

New to the area, store has big selection - things you would actually want. Found decent furniture and toys for my daughter. Like all thrift store it can be hit or miss - we got lucky 2 of the 3 times we went.

Get stuff for free then selling for double u should be a same. Used movies 5 bucks. Go to big lot band new for $3.50 are $5. Give it to the ppl in havery and get a better rep for urself as goodwill.

Sometimes the line is long, they rarely have more than one cashier BUT the store is clean, pretty well organized. I typically find lots of great stuff here.

Honestly not the best thrift store you can go to. Items are 90% of the time not a deal, and when you do find a deal the item ends up being defective.

Terrible prices! To management: Your inventory is NOT good and extremely over priced. You need to price for selling!

Store is currently organized by color and type of garment. Would be better if organized by size. Staff was very nice.
