The sales lady margo was awsome. But the fianace guy wasnt. They kept wanting me to give this and give that and i was willing to give but end the end they did not want to budge anything so i walked away. I dont mind giving or trying to come to an agreement on something but it has to be feom both sides and not just feom my end. We bought a vehicle tbeir 3 years ago and lisa was our salesperson and she was wonderful and the fianance person was working with us to and we was able to come to an agreement. But i guess things changed since then because they want the customers to keep meeting their terms but they dont want to budge any at all. So im sorry but i feel like i wasted my time and i have bought from their before but i wont be buying anything else from their. Because we both know that if you wanted to make a sale you would have put forth some effort instead of none at all.at least you could have made an attemp to. Like last time with lisa tbey had to go to someone else and get him to approve the price and he did but nothing this time. You could have still made a prophit off the sale if you wanted to work with me. Thanks I dont mean to be rude or anything but if you want to speak to me you will have to call me please. Thanks

Took my truck there for speaker trouble 3 times. They could only do audio stuff on Tuesdays, which delayed my repairs and was extremely inconvenient. They had to order the part and didn’t notify me and I had to call them (2 weeks later). They “replaced” 2 of my speakers. Less than a week and a half later, I had troubles again. I took it to Jerry Duncan to have it looked at since it was still warranty work. The speakers “replaced” were the original speakers. When I informed Lenoir City Ford, I got sorry. They said the audio won’t be back there again. The poor service has been constant for almost 3 years. No loaner vehicles, no return calls, damage to vehicle after repair work etc. It was always; “We’ll make it right.” Needless to say, they haven’t got it right… As a military veteran and a life-long Ford owner. I have dealt with Ford service departments in 6 states and 2 foreign countries. Lenoir City has been the worst service and customer oriented dealership (maintenance wise) I’ve ever dealt with. It was so bad, when my wife looked at replacing her Ford Freestyle, she refused to go to Lenoir City Ford due to the issues we’ve had. I will not return to Lenoir City Ford for maintenance again.

After months of searching for the right truck to replace our Chevy Silverado that was destroyed in a fire, we found exactly what we were looking for at Lenoir City Ford. We had been to six, yes six, different car dealers in the Knoxville/Clinton area looking for a truck that had the right engine, towing capacity, features, and price. None of the trucks we looked at matched all those requirements. Some dealers said they could order the truck or get it from another dealer. We stopped by Lenoir City Ford one Friday and were looking around when Jeff Bryant showed us exactly what we were looking for within our price range. We came back on Monday and ended up buying a different color, but same features. In fact, LCF had several trucks that met our requirements. Dealing with Jeff and the Lenoir City team was easy and stress free. He told us the price, showed us the discounts, and closed the deal. It was nice not having to haggle over price. We have been very happy with our first Ford truck and our experience with Lenoir City Ford!

Bought 2016 Ford F150 on June 19. Jeff and Issac were very helpful,showed me several trucks and tried to meet my needs which they did. No pressure (thank you). Pleasant experience, probably my best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. Would definitely go back there if I need another truck However, subsequently a few weeks later, after trouble with my radio and getting SYNC to operate, the radio had to be replaced which the dealership did. Then however had trouble getting the SYNC navigation program to work with my cell phone. The SYNC expert was not even able to tell me how it works !!! Later called FORD and the tech there gave me info. Seemed to come on but then went off; have not tried it since. That system needs to be fixed and the "expert" needs to know how the system works.

I contacted 7 different Ford dealerships in East Tennessee and on the eighth attempt I found Lenoir City Ford who was READY to do business on MY terms. I got the best deal possible and met the owner who personally thanked me for my business. He promised me that if I needed anything he would make it happen for me. I could have gone to Memphis and dealt with a couple of Ford General Managers there to do business with but I went with Breck Davis and his team. I got a better deal with them and saved 700 miles of driving and all the headaches that go with it. I will continue to buy from Lenoir City Ford and send my friends and business customers there. Made an appointment for a diagnostics on Tues. After an hour of my time was wasted, they told me to come back on Wednesday. I live 30 mins away. That is an hour of driving just for me to come back. I returned(on time) on Wednesday just to sit there for hours. When I asked why a 2 minute diagnostic was taking 3 hrs they finally sent someone out to check my vehicle. After 4.5 of waiting they told me what I already knew, showed me a $2400 estimate, and then charged me $60! DO NOT GO THERE! EVERYONE there rolled their eyes an treated me like a bum that was trying to get something for free. I just wasted $70 in time away from work, and $60 for them to tell me that a tiny computer chip would cost $2400 in parts and labor! I just lost $130!!!

I was completely thrilled with the whole experience at Lenoir City Ford. My salesperson Chad Bell was very knowledgeable and helpful and made my buying experience easier than buying a cell phone. I will be buying from them now on. I was there no longer than 1 from beginning to end on purchasing 80k dollar truck. They even gave me pizza while I waited on them to detail my new ride. Truly amazing staff,I fell at home.I have hadone to return a couple times for general questions about some of the great features new my truck and they took care of me immediately. Very, very poor. Took new car in for routine 5000 oil change. Had to call Valdosta, GA to get appointment, then on hold for 5 minutes waiting to talk to dealer. When I arrived explained two easy thing for them to check and let me know. also requested assistance with resetting lock system. Waited 1 hour, then technician handed me the keys, told me the car was out front and pointed me to the window to pay. No one ever spoke to me about my questions. Staff was very abrupt and unfriendly. When I called to give review per the e-mail they sent, Service told me "it is what it is". I will never go to that dealership again. Unbelievable!! I would give zero stars if it let me do that.

He was respectful in answering all my questions, and he asked me questions to help me make the best buying decision for myself and my family. Pete was completely helpful throughout the entire buying process. The Business Manager was also extremely professional and polite. I recently had my first Service appointment for my Explorer at Lenior City Ford and it too was a great experience. I had a 2010 f350 that broke down and was towed to Ford. I was out there for work so time was of an issue. Service got to my truck and the managers helped me put it in an auction to help with what was owed. Cesil Ball and the finance guy went above and beyond to get us in a brand new king ranch with every feature we asked for, down to the color. When we finalized everything, Cesil and the guy that detailed the truck stayed there with us till around 9:30pm to make sure everything was perfect. We live in Oklahoma and my wife and I have already decided we will go back there for our next purchase. (We have family that way so its a 2-in-1 trip).

This has been the worst experience in my 40+ yrs of leasing/buying Ford vehicles. My wife and I sat for 5.5 hrs and did not get what we asked for. The payment was not what was quoted and I wanted chrome rims and bf Goodrich tires I got alloy rims and Michelin tires. They had to schedule for the vehicle to have it detailed and license bracket installed. I settled for the tires and had them order chrome covers for the rims, after another 2.5 hrs they brought the car back with the paint chipped on the front. I have to return again for the paint to be fixed and am not looking forward to wasting more of my time.

I am very pleased with the service I received at Lenoir City Ford. I originally requested a quote online, and was contacted early the next day. We were unable to work out the deal on that vehicle. However, my salesman called back the next day to tell me about a trade-in that was taking place. The vehicle they took in on trade ended up being the perfect deal for me! So far, I am extremely satisfied with my 2016 F150 2.7 V6 Turbo that I purchased with 1,400 miles on it! Plenty of torque and so far I am getting 20.4 MPG!!! Thank you Lenoir City Ford!

I would recommend Frank Radics and Lenior City Ford to anyone. I found the explorer I bought online and once I got there he made the dreaded buying of a car an enjoyable experience. I went by myself (without my husband) and was easily able to agree on everything and make a purchase. Frank made the experience quick while still answering all of my questions. I feel he went above and beyond to fix a couple things I was concerned with to make my decision to purchase easier. I love my new explorer and thank you for the exceptional service!

My husband and I recently purchased a Ford Escape at Lenoir City Ford. Our salesman was Matt Sherrod and he proved that all car salesmen are not the same. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. Never pushy or trying to upsell. He went above and beyond in handling every aspect of the sale, returned calls promptly, showed us how to use all the car features; navigation, music, etc. His follow through on taking care of us was excellent. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. Very reasonable on costs and applied some available discounts. Failed to pickup on tech order to balance the tires when rotating, so that did not get done -- service writer error. They gave me a coupon for a free balance on any return visit. This is the first auto dealership service department I have ever worked (in 50 years of driving over 14 vehicles and 4 brands) that I will continue to use for routine maintenance or non-warranty repairs.
