Terrible. Goodwill of San Antonio is disgrace to the cause. The last two years of my 5 year "job" was a complete nightmare. My employment there came to an end when the director discovered that I was photographing the store and wanted to make sure I did not move forward with that issue even though I was safety and risk management which I was asked to provide evidence for an upcoming meeting with the director of safety but besides all of that, it was how little Goodwill values the "Mission" to help people with jobs. The last years was nothing short of major questionable ethics. Most of the donations are send out of the community it claims to help and now to be sold online, what I consider a conflict of interest x a million. Please consider other local thrift stores that actually appreciate you and your donation...

Was organized better but I think some things are just priced too high. I saw a shirt there I could have bought brand new for an extra $2.00

The main employees are very friendly. They usually have a great selection of items. Store is well organized and stuff is easy to find.
