These people need to answer their phone. A few years ago they would answer without a hesitation, now you get lucky if your put on hold which is the same as not getting answered because they forget about you. 1hr on hold by then I just hung up . This happened multiple time. People just want to make a new donors appointment not everyone has the time to go in person and make one.

The staff is always professional and people friendly. Only issue I ever have with this facility is the timely manner in which I am processed through. Spoke with a supervisor James about my issue he addressed it in a very professional manner and personally made sure my next visit was quick. I applaud the outstanding customer service and professional attitude.

I have been trying to get in for 3 months now im very disappointed in their service everytime i try they are "all full" or "can only schedule 1 day ahead" and they never answer the phone. I come in #3 to sign in i get skipped and passed i finally ask why cuz i dont have an appointment yet they are supposed to accept walk-ins first thing in the morning

Yes I will love to till u how nice n hard working the employees are.I never had a bad experience all good from the help to question patty, jazmine r two of my favorites.emloyees but I got love for al them on the floor.I think a raise would be awesome always same faces happy n hard wrking love my plasma centre

I was donating and the guy for no reason pulled the needle out of my arm and I started to lose blood rapidly and he was in shock someone had to help nd they told me all they could do is give me$5 more dollars or pay for bled on clothes the worst way to leave me unsatisfied

2 hour wait to fill out a small information sheet...2 more hours to get called for physical...2 more hours to actually get called to donate...then donation process is an hour alone .....Make Time
