They discriminate againt medical patients here. I was a 3rd time donor when after an hour of waiting they pulled me aside and told me to leave cause i was a medical patient. Not once was i ever asked anything about cannabis, i even told them i was a patient and i was told it was fine. Now theres a big problem, I felt so embarrassed as they lady laughed at me saying I was a patient. 40% of the people that go here smoke cannabis, it doesnt effect the plasma. Why am i being singled out? Why wasnt that question on the papers i had to fill out gor over an hour? Why are you discriminating on legal cannabis users, after you guys gave leafly an article that you guys didnt care? This is all rather ridiculous!

I had an appointment today at 940 am and I am sitting here at 1037 an they just tried to explain that they lost my chart. Customer service is not a top of mind item here. Need to remake appointment today but not allowed because I "missed" the earlier one. So I am back for a 2pm appointment and it is now 240. "Mitch" assured me that they would be ready for this appointment but alas it is not to be...What are appointments for if a person cannot rely on them being kept? Front line staff here does not seem to care one way or the other about doing what is right even if they are being watched. It is a sad state of affairs here at Biomat Kennewick.

Quick and fast? No that is a lie. Im just waisting hours before even starting to donate with an appointment while i watch everyone else go ahead of me and leave 30 or 40 mins later. Im so upset and im not coming here ever again. They show you know empathy for them having you wait so long and then they do not pay you for the time you waist 2 hours later. Go somewhere else. This place needs new management. Some people actually have a life and a schedule but i guess that doesnt matter to these people.

I always get great service here, the people are professional and make sure i am in and out in a timely manor. Anyone thinking of donating i would highly recommend going. Biomat is not only a great way to make easy money while also doing your part to create life saving medicine, its also a great way to make some extra money. They regularly give out prizes for regular donors also!

I have been participating in the plasma donation program for the past three or so years. The entire staff has always been reliably professional, courteous, and attentive to the needs of its clients. Longer wait times are to be expected when busy (especially near holidays), but this is the same for any establishment. Definitely a good business.

Giving plasma is a great way to help save lives and make a quick $20 but clear your days plans to do so and expect to be denied to donate for something like not having a stamped piece of mail to prove your address!! 3 Bad experiences!

Friendly but extremely slow staff. Good at resolving returning problems. Bad at dealing with them originally, it takes a lot to keep myself from getting frustrated with this place. But they make it work.

Great way to make money, should warn first time donors better about the after pains and symptoms. Hard to drive home first few times too. Next day you feel 99% better.
