Most of the staff that works there are rude, I had donated in the past and went back a couple days later and they denied due to acne witch is no fault of my own nor a guide line to not being able to donate. I was very unpleased with the service they pervided, they have highly untrained staff members and the staff is very unknowledgable . Multiple times they have ingured people and they do not compensate enough for their inexperienced perfession. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Most everyone is nice here. Jessica remembers my name every time I come in, Greg makes me feel at home in the plasma donation chair, and Dana is so funny and friendly. I really look forward to coming to donate plasma for a good cause and getting treated well as I do so. Yes it takes about 2 hrs to get in and out, even if you have an appointment... but it is for a good cause. Just bring a book, a blanket, and your music and relax!

I absolutely love coming here. The staff are professional, personal, and extremely helpful. The centers hours of operation make it super convenient for everyone to have the opportunity to donate plasma. Making a little extra cash is always a plus, however, the satisfaction of helping others is priceless. I have to say this is one of my favorite pass times. Thank you Biotest for the opportunity to make a small difference.

Great atmosphere with the people who work there for the most part. This is the one to go to and I live closer to Biomat. I drive from Evans. I used to go to Biomat, but they are rude and disrespectful. At Biotest they take the time to learn your names and always say hello. My suggestion, go here and not to Biomat.

it was awesome. i prefer going here than biomat. people at biomat are a lot meaner and make you feel like your not wanted. the environment here is great and the techs are very friendly. sometimes it take long to finish up,but them being nice makes up for it.
