I refuse to shop at Cavenders, the store located in Amarillo TX showed poor customer service. I feel like this incident was due to my race. I am a hard working man just like any other race that shop in this store. I was looked over several times when they chose to help the Caucasians. They followed me around und the entire time I was in they store and when asked to speak to a manager he was not of much service. He actually just kept doing what he was doing.

Amazing place. Staff is super friendly and they have everything. I have a hard to find hat size and while I was there, I picked up a new Justin hat with sweat band. These are quite hard to find and their price was about 1/2 what they normally are.

Seriously my new favorite store, to bad I live in Pennsylvania. Great quality selection of boots, clothing, hats, coolers, and belts. Wonderful service very attentive but still gave you plenty of space top shop on your own.

Would not accept a hat I bought when I tried returning it. Hat was in new condition as when I bought it with tags still intact and never worn. Really disappointed the store does not honor its return policy!!!!

Lobe this store. Im from Amarillo, but now I live in Denver and the stores here over heated my cowboy hat and I had to take it to the Amarillo store to get it shaped correctly and fixed.
