This is place is awful. The employees are nice but they seem to hate their lives because of the management. The management seems to always be yelling at them and I swear they screw something up every single day. I have never been in and out in less than 2.5 hours. I feel the management and ownership is completely to blame for this places poor quality of performance.

The concept is great and the money really helps out - however, they really need to find a way to cut their wait time. Also, it needs to be made known, right up front, that if you have donated blood you have to wait eight weeks - I just waited an hour before I found that out...really annoyed me.

Today I had an outstanding experience with staff flow was constant, the screening process smooth and above all CORY. He made the experience memorable he was very gentle I felt no pain from the needle and he was very friendly. Outstanding!!!! :)

The staff are always great, but I usually end up spending an hour in the lobby waiting. Definitely not going to be giving plasma for long because there is such a long wait to even be unhooked from the plasmapherisis machine. More staff maybe?

to those that only submit bad reviews, these place staff is really nice and super fun to work with, if you are donating plasma its definitely worth checking you out before putting that onto somebody else.
