The staff at this location are particularly stuck up and rude. I have to give my brother rides back and forth to this place and one day that just so happens to be 30° or below outside and being on the short side of cash i dont have a whole lot for gas as is and figured i could wait inside until he was done. The person in the front desk told me i couldnt wait inside for him to finish donating unless i was donating too. Well excuse me if you wish to have bad guest hospitality especially to those who cant afford the gas to keep the car running to keep warm and wait outside. Alongside that my brother doesnt have his license so he cant drive at the moment. Worst experience ever.

Excellent staff. Very professional and caring. With the amount of time it takes the moment you step foot in the doors to the time you get the payment takes a little over an hour. Who do you know that makes 25 minimum an hour? Plus you save lives every time you donate. I give it an A+++.
