They suposedly are helping the community. All i see is they are helping the community spend money. When you buy something and return it because it does not work or for whatever reason they will not refund your money they will only issue a giftcard. For a company that recives everything they sell for free they also want quite a bit on things that are obviously in high demand. There are better not for profit second hand stores that help the community and are by far less greedy then goodwill who only care about getting and keeping your cash

Not a good experience dropping stuff off. You have to drive around the back of the building, there was a LONG line, only one guy helping unload and the guy was slow moving and asked us if we knew the new drop off line was behind the building. We clearly knew, since we had very obviously just been in the line. I realize Goodwill is a job training program, but this guy needed some more training before being left alone at the drop off at a busy time. Having more than one car able to drop stuff off at a time would be nice too.

Skeletal Remains

This location always has an abundance of furniture especially shelves, various kinds of tables, and desks. Great value and exceptional prices on a lot of their housewares also. The rest of the store is mostly undesirable, not very clean, and not reasonable in their pricing.

Fairly large Goodwill store. Always a line for donation - my only problem with this store is that, if you are donating, you HAVE to stay in your car and wait for the line (at least according to one or two employees - it varies).

This Goodwill is one of the better ones even in comparison to the Seattle one. The parking is great, the people here are more respectful and the store is bright and neat for the most part.

Renton store is not as nice as new Bellevue store.. But does have great choices.. It is so fun to shop the store to find different things..you could spend hours here..

A good thrift store. Super busy, but it was Saturday afternoon when we visited ... so that’s to be expected. Really big selection of housewares. Good kids books.

Clothes and home decor are organized by color which helps if you need something specific. The furniture selection is also pretty good with fair prices.

I liked the 50 percent off day and hope they do it more often. Also moving the lines back away from the check out registers was a very smart decision.
