They suposedly are helping the community. All i see is they are helping the community spend money. When you buy something and return it because it does not work or for whatever reason they will not refund your money they will only issue a giftcard. For a company that recives everything they sell for free they also want quite a bit on things that are obviously in high demand. There are better not for profit second hand stores that help the community and are by far less greedy then goodwill who only care about getting and keeping your cash
Not a good experience dropping stuff off. You have to drive around the back of the building, there was a LONG line, only one guy helping unload and the guy was slow moving and asked us if we knew the new drop off line was behind the building. We clearly knew, since we had very obviously just been in the line. I realize Goodwill is a job training program, but this guy needed some more training before being left alone at the drop off at a busy time. Having more than one car able to drop stuff off at a time would be nice too.
This location always has an abundance of furniture especially shelves, various kinds of tables, and desks. Great value and exceptional prices on a lot of their housewares also. The rest of the store is mostly undesirable, not very clean, and not reasonable in their pricing.
I love watching the variety of second hand you can see here, plus if something serves me is super cheap.
Fairly large Goodwill store. Always a line for donation - my only problem with this store is that, if you are donating, you HAVE to stay in your car and wait for the line (at least according to one or two employees - it varies).
This Goodwill is one of the better ones even in comparison to the Seattle one. The parking is great, the people here are more respectful and the store is bright and neat for the most part.
Prices a little high for sometimes used clothing is the same price as new
Nice big and no funny smell larg selection of non clothes items. The amount of electronics varies from week to week and thats a good thing when searching for somthing in particular
Renton store is not as nice as new Bellevue store.. But does have great choices.. It is so fun to shop the store to find different things..you could spend hours here..
A good thrift store. Super busy, but it was Saturday afternoon when we visited ... so that’s to be expected. Really big selection of housewares. Good kids books.
Clothes and home decor are organized by color which helps if you need something specific. The furniture selection is also pretty good with fair prices.
I liked the 50 percent off day and hope they do it more often. Also moving the lines back away from the check out registers was a very smart decision.
Sometimes things tend to be more price than new!
This has higher end stuff than the Burien or Southcenter one, and is cleaner and better organized. Light on the furniture and toys, however.
Better than most thrift stores, had a bit more up to date items than the norm. Prices are a bit higher to reflect that, but not outrageous.
great selection for a goodwill. Good items and pricing is good. Some items seem like they are priced too high for a goodwill.
Good place to buy used donated things. However some itmes are a bit overpriced with what they are and also for being donated.
This goodwill usually has a good selection of furniture available for sale. They have a good selection of clothes as well.
Good things about brand and especially cheap
My bicycle was stolen from this place while I was helping another customer out with couch he had just purchased.
Typically good selection across-the-board, and usually fair prices. Always like to stop here when in the area.
I never had a problem taking stuff there but lately they have been chossey so I would look on website and call
Messy. Some items are overpriced. Takes forever to get help. Line is typically long with not enough cashiers.
Always an adventure....never know what you may find. Always check first before paying full price elsewhere.
Prices have gone absurdly high and selection had dwindled to not so great. May as well just eBay or Amazon.
I think that this is the best Goodwill in the region, except for maybe Gig Harbor or Silverdale.
One of the better Goodwills in the area . Generally clean and wells organized , friendly staff.
Very good customer service
Make sure to check the sales on Mondays. Usually some color tags are less then 2 dollars.
Great half price tags daily. Excellent selection of young adult and early reader books.
Faisal Mohammed Suleman

Quality of items and variety is lower than in other Goodwill locations nearby
Friendly staff and great selection. Found some "gems" in the CD collection.
odd set up. good finds. kinda crazy priced stuff but also alot of cheepies.
Better than most - cleaner, better organized, staff seems pretty attentive
Fairly well organized. Pleasant staff. Good turnover. Prices seem high.
bigger location, clean and better parking than the old Bellevue location
Good place to donate. They seem a little less picky than other places.
I find some attractive and different types of clothes and scarves!
I love this particular Goodwill location, I have become a regular.
Good finds here but most all the goodwills are too expensive now
Very friendly and helpful customer service. Keep it up ☆☆☆☆☆
Stinks and all items are either the same or belong in the trash
Really good Furniture and better price then any other goodwill
Alfonso De La Torre
They help less fortunate people with jobs and low cost items!
Lots of great brand new clothes and great halloween costumes.
Excellent Goodwill selection. Great prices for a good cause.
Great store. You should visit a couple tiles a week. I do.
