I love this place. I love the staff. They are always so friendly and caring. Only reason for not getting 5 stars is there is a new buzzer rule. If the buzzer goes off they have to leave to go check everyone. So, if they are in the middle of getting you connected they have to stop and leave you. It seems to go off every 15 min. I definitely do not like that! The buzzer was right by my ear. But everything else is great. They are all very attentive and fun and keep things light and easy to talk to them.

Grifols has become my favorite place to come and relax, and make some extra cash twice a week during my break from work. The entire staff is so friendly, helpful, and extremely good at what they all do. They make you feel right at home, and I look forward to seeing them and visiting each week. I am also LOVING the extra $240 every month! If you have never visited, then you need to, because you are missing out!

Grifols has incredible staff who care and are great at what they do. The management has proved to be a team that is like nothing else. I donate twice a week and they make it worth your while as far as money and incentives. I highly recommend the cedar city grifols for the great care and extra cash, indeed .

Scheduled two appointments for the same week (Monday and Saturday) no problem with the Monday appointment, arrived for Saturday morning appointment and was not on the schedule. It is difficult to donate if scheduling is not documented properly.

Such a great facility! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! The phlebotomist was awesome and knew exactly what he was doing. Easy way to make some extra money :) I definitely recommend!
