The car pickup was quick and took almost none of my time. I got to the car location after the tow person called my cell phone to pickup the receipt for the car donation or else Kars4Kids would mail it to me. The tow person was finishing loading the car when I got there. Providing accurate information where exactly the car was located in the condo complex may have help him find the car before calling me to pick up the receipt.

Two very easy and friendly transactions - My brother passed away and he had two vehicles that we chose to donate. A simple phone is all is took to get the process in motion. Once arranged, we spoke twice with the towing companies to arrange pick-up time, and confirm pick-up. So easy, so friendly.....and so HAPPY. Thank you!

One word, amazing! This has been the easiest, quickest and most fulfilling way to dispose of my old vehicle. Within 4 days of filling out the online form to donate, my car was picked up and taken away. And I was very happy to know that the amount of money paid for this car is going to help kids. Great job!

I was worried I would have to wait for a long period of time before I received a response for the car to be picked up but within 2 days I got the call and scheduled for the pick up... it was that simple! Kars4kids handled the transaction as quickly as possible. A winter storm delayed pickup until the next day. The process was very quick from initial website information to pickup was 2 days. I received a statement within 2 weeks of pickup. All in all, a very good experience.

Easy process! The towing company made contact right away, have me a heads up when they were the way, and was quickly able to load up. All said and done, maybe 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend to others have a vehicle they want to donate!
