Initially the experience was okay but my last two donations did not end well. Both my arms have bruises from people who seem to rush when sticking. My left arm the fished to get the vain and still managed to miss. This was a week ago. A couple days ago I went to try again with my right arm and I was stuck okay but when it started to return the blood it filled up like a bubble under my arm. It definitely was not the experience I wanted and hopefully these guys get it together.

Several times they have had to stick me twice. Last time this happened, I ended up with a serveral bruised arm. Frankly, I think their workers are not qualified. The orignal person who stuck me told me she needed a break and this is when the center opened. Also, they have a sign saying you will get $40 per donation. I have been getting $25. I would not recommend this place at all. I wanted to help others out, but not when I get bruised because someone did not care!

I went for my 2nd donation & had to wait over an hour because they "MISPLACED" my chart! & I am still waiting. I was only in 3 days prior for my initial visit. These people are unprofessional, insincere, & careless. Management needs to enforce the use of accountability & resposesibility. I was 1 of 3 persons that they misplaced the charts. ¿¿¿WTF??? Biomat, get your crap in order & own up to your mistakes, train your staff better, or close shop.

New in town figured id donate for gas till first payday..got there 845 not alot of people maybe 10 there..asked lady at door how process for new donors went..no hello hi nothin..just go to that window and ask if thete takeing walk in..so there i went a women was there at computer i said hello..once again 2 feet away cant find time to talk..so i turned myself around out the door poor poor customer service..

I did not like anything about this company. Employees are rude, unprofessional, and 90% of the time they are standing around talking...i saw several people come back in with severely bruised arms. I would love to talk to corporate office about this. In my opinion this company should be shut down and everybody who works there should be fired. If you do go you will be waiting for at least 6 hours.

I showed up at about 730. They said they were booked for the day. So I got on the standby list. After 3 hours I was the only standby person still waiting. I witnessed an empty waiting room. Besides me. They just took it as an opputunity to socialize when they could have easily fit me in. They seemed over staffed. And yet. Underworked.

I waited there for 10hrs employees ignored me. Other new Donners were going in front of me. The employees where making discriminatory remarks a week later they tried telling me I had HIV and then I had to get tested to prove. Otherwise and still got deferred. Very uneducated rude people. With horrible attitude awful experience.

I have been donating with the same company every since they where downtown off of Bijou. I know Leon 1 of the managers now is kool but there are some staff there that I will not let even touch my arm but all in all they are all good folks. Over 25 yrs going to the same place they are all pretty good.

I have been to a few places to donate and this is by far my favorite. The staff is caring and very personable. I feel like I am visiting friends when I come to this center. Your comfort is their top priority. I will never go anywhere else to donate but here. Come here and you will love it too!

I would still go but I got 7 diffrent bruises and on top of that they never told me that the pay schedule resets every week I went in and spent 5 hours on a day I was a repeat donor and I had an appointment it was Not worth $25 I will never donate again for the grifols company.

The people who work there are not morons there very nice people and if ppl where buying drugs with the money they get there half of them would not be able to donate so please lay off the biomat team most if them do there job well and all of them are really nice ppl

The fact that the employees treat you with the utmost respect is amazing. Their people skills are top notch. The "spin the wheel" bonus is my favorite. You always win something never really lose when you spin. Either winning candy or extra money is always fun!!!

This center is clean and has decent clientele, but cocompared to my experience in Missouri with CSL Plasma the check in and new donor process is horrible and inefficient. Biomat please do yourself a favor and think about studying better crowd management.

Donating means to give generously for greater good without expectation of reward. How many would still give if the money could not be expected? Be happy and go donate. Its a clean environment with friendly staff who will reward you for "donating"

All new donors have to wait somewhere around 8 hours, plan to spend all day there and to be greeted by the largest group of inept morons in one place. Just a step below the people who patron it, and half of them fueling a drug habit.

A guy named Chris denied me donating because I questioned him about people lieing. He said he could tell and I told him that he could not. He denied me because he said I was untrustworthy and would lie.
