I worked with Christina on my purchase of a Jeep Renegade Limited. I inquired online via True Car and she contacted me and helped make this an easy process. I went to the dealer a total of 3 times. 1st to meet her and test drive and work out the price details, it was so refreshing to work with a sales person that came across honest, and simply delivering the information and transparent. My past dealings with sale personnel has been horrible as it becomes a haggling for pricing, and pushing extra packages on you and things you really do not need to bump up pricing. I even said to her that I appreciated the manner in which she was conducting business and that it was refreshing and brief. I then came back for a second time to test drive the actual vehicle I was going to purchase and work out the final numbers and sign the contract, once again she was pleasant and the transaction was done in a matter of 20 mins, which I also appreciated. 3rd time was for pick up, I signed the financial loan agreement, and Christina spent time with me showing me all the features of the vehicle and answered any questions I had. Prior to walking out the manager made it a point to thank me for my business. Overall I had a wonderful experience, I am so happy with my purchase, the Jeep is awesome and will contact them if I have any issues. Also, I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a Jeep.

I was looking for a used Jeep Liberty as we had owned two a 2005 and 2009. Jeep City had a very low mileage 2012 limited Jet for a great price. I hesitated as we were leaving in less than a week to spend our Summer in Prince Edward Island Canada. We live in Torrington but I decided to check out the Jeep. The vehicle was as close to new as it could have been and Christine assured me they could arrange delivery in two days. I decide to go ahead with the purchase even with our tight schedule. The deal came off without a hitch. Christine even arranged for our use of a dealer plate while the registration was received from the DMV. Christine sent the registration to Canada and provided a next day prepaid return envelope at no charge to us. I would not hesitate to buy me next vehicle from Jeep City. Exceptional Dealership.

I had a truly pleasant experience purchasing a 2015 Grand Cherokee Altitude this past month (Nov 2014) I started my inquiry with an online information request and was met with a prompt and detailed reply from Christina. She was nice, professional and informative and when I arrived to look at the Jeep she helped introduce me to Ed who then helped me complete the sale. All of the members of the Jeep whom I met were very nice, not pushy at all and provided a nice atmosphere that allowed me to feel comfortable. I was formerly an Audi driver and this was my first Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership and I would feel very comfortable purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. Plus, the give free lifetime oil changes which becomes very valuable when you drive as much as I do!

I was referred to Jeep Chrysler Dodge City in Greenwich by a friend. As soon as I met Christina I could see why my friend was so confident in his recommendation of her and the dealership. Christina was friendly, not pushy at all. She was also super-knowledgeable about cars in general and also about the specific vehicles they had in their inventory. She and Anthony really worked hard to make sure we were able to get the vehicle we wanted (awesome silver Jeep Wrangler Sport) at a price we were comfortable with. My husband and I really feel like we were treated fairly by Christina and Jeep Chrysler Dodge City, and Christina and her team delivered everything they promised, and went above-and-beyond to make sure we were happy. We could not recommend them highly enough!

Just picked up a Grand Cherokee with the help of their internet salesperson, Christina Granchelli. It was an effortless and efficient process, and in my view the only way to go. Christina gave us a great quote via E-mail, then sent us the forms required, which took about 15 minutes. The car was ready to go when we showed up at the dealership, requiring only that we sign the finance papers, which took 15 minutes. Everything about the car was explained, we grabbed the keys and drove away. This is how cars should be bought. Thanks to Christina and City for making it happen as we desired.

Our sales associate, Ed Delmonte, was truly a pleasure to work with. Having just come back from living overseas, we needed a car quickly, but did not want to rush the process. He answered all of our questions about the models we were looking at, as well as all other practicalities that we needed to know in order to purchase a car. This is my second purchase at Jeep Chrysler Dodge and I will probably go back for another. the first time i did the entire deal over the internet and just went in to pick up the car. 30 minutes all in. the second time, i traded in the first car. the team went out of their way to get me the best price on the trade in and maxed out my rebates. the pickup was flawless. went in after work and swapped cars. if they have the car i am looking for in the future, i will definitely go back to them. The service department is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I brought my car in because of some damage. In their attempt to fix the problem (which took them twice as long as promised) they caused more damage to the car. Even though I had documentation showing that the damage was caused by them they wanted me to pay for not only the part but the inspection on the car as well. (which also took longer than promised) I would avoid this service department again and if you need to go, ask to work with the manager directly.

Easiest, smoothest, best car buy experience I ever had. We dealt with Ed who was always pleasant and knowledgeable. We ordered our car from the factory on the first day we went in, when we went back to pick it up all of the paperwork was ready and all I had to do was sign 3 pieces of paper. We bought another car a month before and if we dealt with Jeep before them we would have never put up with what they put us through. If you are thinking about a jeep, definitely go with the one in greenwich.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.. FIRST THEY CALL ME AND TELL ME IM PREAPPROVED FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT THEN GIVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT FINANCING A 3RD OF WHAT THEY APPROVED ME FOR.. I PUT A DEPOSIT ON A CAR, THEY TURNED AROUND AND SOLD IT. COMMUNICATION SKILLS WERE HERENDOUS FOR A PLACE OF BUSINESS. THEY APPARENTLY DONT PRODUCE ANY TYPE OF PAPER WORK REGARDING REFUNDS.
