I showed up as a new donor/walk-in at 9am.. I waited an hour before being given a guide book to read.. after waiting 30 minutes they called me up and assigned me a booth only to tell me that I am deferred at biomat because of a piercing and am therefore frozen at Talecris.. I cleared up the deferral at Biomat with a letter of sterilization, a copy of the license of the body art establishment, and a receipt proving I was there.. 30 minutes later and I am unfrozen at talecris so I begin the registration as a new donor at talecris.. again. I went to the complete the process all over again which took another hour and a half/2 hours.. I get my blood pressure taken and finger pricked for protein levels and red/white blood cells. An hour later and I see the "physician" for a physical only to have him tell me that he does not honor the letter of sterilisation for anything other than ear piercings. I was then frozen again at Talecris for the same thing that I cleared up with Biomat in order to get unfrozen at Talecris in the first place? Retards. Thank you knowledgeable Talecris staff for telling me this in advance and not wasting my time. Google needs to add a negative rating feature.

I have been donating plasma at Talecris off and on for the last few years. Since I have been back more recently, they have made quite a few changes that allow you to get in an out of there much faster than before! Not only have they gotten more efficient, but they now offer incentives for consistent donations and chances to win gift cards, football tickets, and other prizes! I am very happy with the changes they have made in the last few months! As a teacher with a super tight budget, it’s nice to know that I can make some extra money while helping other people out! I rated a 4 because sometimes you can sit waiting for quite some time before going back or before actually getting set up once you are in the back. I think it’s also important to mention that I’ve never gotten a bad stick either!

The people there are dumb college kids with no common sense at all. The got a hard core power trip going on and the place is very poorly ran. There is no one there that controls stuff and organizes what is going on. I was there once when I lady was half way through donating and they thought her plasma looked funny wich it looked like the mine along with everyone else and they kicked her off the machine and told her to go home after she waited all that time to be seen. I hate that place and everyone in it. The place needs better management and better employees. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you already have anger issues cause this place will make you wanna beat peoples faces.

This place sucks, I went there to donate after reviewing all the requirements on there website in addition to making a phone call to verify everything. Upon getting there I was sent away because they dont like people with tattoos. Which is funny because on the website it says you can have tattoos they just have to be at least 12 months old. Also the people that work there look like they crawled out of a crack house as do many of the people that were waiting to donate. I recommend Biomat same pay and the people were cleaner and they dont seem to have an issue with tattoos.

This location has very friendly staff and decent wait times. I’ve been going here for over a year and while they fall behind schedule on occasion, they are really good about getting everyone back on track. The center manager is always offering bonuses for scheduling during certain times, they have really good raffle incentives and as of recent have had a great step up program that rewards return donors for donating multiple times a month. If you’re a donor, I would definitely give this place a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

Seriously all staff and management lack any intelligents as to their jobs every time i went there they were rude and had to restick then lie on the charts about it. The last time i went in asking what i would be paid and was told 100 bucks and only recived 25 then told me thats all i was suppose to recive on a tecnicallity. I will and would advise every one to boycott telicris

There are some very comforting and friendly staff here at Talecris. I use to never have a time issue here, until they switched over to the new appointment system. Now it depends on what time you go, the earlier the better. Be sure also that you bring in only the Talecris Grifols mail card. The odds of them accepting something else is very slim, so save the frustration.

transphobic assholes. was booted out at the mention of smoking pot. I would guess about 75% of the donors go there to get their weed money. I am sure they made a special exception so they did not have to deal with me. Was misgenderd by on of the workers before her stuffed shirt boss decided to be a coward and kick me out.I hope they get sued

I am a returning donor and the mannerisms and service at this Talecris are disgusting. They are incredibly rude and dont value anyones time but there own. After this I will no longer be a Talecris donor because this is the WORST I have ever been treated. Take your business elsewhere and dont let the incompetent fools stick you with anything.

Way faster then other centers and also friendlier they offer alot of incentives.If you donate 5 times in oct you get a $ 20 bonus! !! Also a awesome buddy plan if you refer someone and they donate 2 times you get $100 if you go make sure to say Michelle Lowe referred you and you can do the same with your friends !!

Awe.. shoot guess it is who ask. They get busy. I have a good experience 95% of the many times I been here. I won a Xbox last week. Been to other places in other states this is the cleanest most friendly by far. I recommend this place cause I get in and out in about an hour. Good spot!

The staff is 50/50. Some are great. Some should not have that job. Process is long at first, but listen to their tips and it can go faster. Usually a nice atmosphere. Clean. Easy extra money and fun when they have games or bonuses.
