THIS SPOT IS DEFINITELY BETTER THAN SUGAR CREEKS PLASMA CENTER. RUDE, UNFRIENDLY AND GHETTO IS WHAT I EXPERIENCED AT SUGAR CREEK. FRIENDLY, NICE, HUMOROUS, AND HARD WORKING IS WHAT I GET HERE ON FREEDOM DRIVE. IM NOT SURE WHERE THESE OTHER PPL DONATED AT, BUT THIS ONE HERE DEFINITELY GETS FIVE STARS FROM ME.

Not too bad, been going here since July. Sure some of the staff may a little rough around the edges as far as personality is concerned. But they are all good people especially when you get to know them and they are all professionally trained. Definitely the place to be!!

On my 4th donation at this facility, each time the employees were courteous and friendly. I am there no longer than an hour fifteen each visit and I have been treated with respect and gratitude each visit
