The nurses are always friendly and helpful regardless of how busy it is (which it almost always is; check the Google Trends data to plan your visit). I always feel comfortable and my needs are always met. While the facility could benefit from more comfortable waiting room comforts and more accessible pre/post op snacks, this facility gets everything done perfectly fine and I always feel great leaving (which is definitely augmented by the fact that I always leave a little bit richer)!

Very nice and attentive staff. The business has been remodeled. It looks clean and professional. The other donors looked like anyone you meet - not the dregs at all. The process was easy. I did get light headed and nauseous toward the end. The staff responded quickly. They answered my questions and advised me to drink more and be sure to eat well before donating. I watched a movie and it was over before I knew it. It was very easy. Probably will be even easier next time.

This location just keeps getting worse. Today I came in for a donation which only takes about 40 mins. I was forced to wait 50 minutes just to get stuck and there were only 3 other donors ahead of me. I was constantly bypassed while others were stuck. Clearly, the upper management here needs some help. In addition, 2 employees were sent to break while I was left waiting. This is the absolute worst CSL location I have EVER been to. Need to find a better option.

Dirty, plays music while movies on, rude northgleen is better!!! Update 5/28/16 after my second vist. I can saw wow i am calling corpet anglica is rude!!! She just wanted to talk and talk lady there is a line with other people. I WILL NOT stand for being rough because you mad that i told you to quick yapping after the disclamer the person should be out not yapping for 3/5 minutes more!!! ANGELICA IS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, INAPPROPRIATE.

They treat you like a patient in a hospital, i recommend csl, great staff when you start off, plasma bingo is the bomb, you have a great time keeping your mind off the plasma transfer, like i said its a great place, staff are friendly and keep fear away be brave. My first day was a day ago

Very unprofessional,it seems like the staff get paid to be rude and disrespectful,because they do a good job at that.It seems like they take joy in being rated the lowest in good service in Northern Colorado.If you ask to talk to a manager they deny you that right.

Ive donated for years now. As a stay at home mom, the extra money is great. Yes the process takes a while maybe 1-1 1/2, and it gets super busy. But cant really complain when ur getting paid for it. The prices also have gone up which is also cool.

Its a variety of people that donate to receive extra cash NOT meth && crack heads how would you know if they are or not unless you are one of them dont be judgemental..needs a bigger place for shorter lines
