Robert was wonderful to work with. His knowledge of Subarus and ease of working with clents made our experience incredibly easy. We made a preliminary phone call to come in and were pleasantly surprised to have cars waiting for us to demo at our arrival. We ended up going in a completely different direction than what we had planned and this was no problem what so ever with Robert. At the end, we were still not there with price and trade and went home. The next morning we went over to Manchester and had a terrible experience. They do have the inventory but they also are a high pressure sell. They have to in order to move that many cars..... We called Robert before leaving Manchester and he had already come up with some ideas to help us work things out. He had followed up with an email and then a phone call and by the end of the day we were driving home in our new Subaru! BTW- Roger has an awesome sense of humor! Lol

I have purchased several used vehicles from Tri City Subaru and I have been pleased with both the vehicles and the service I received. On March 2017, I purchased my first totally new vehicle after several days of looking at looking at preowned ones. Craig Enslin was my salesman and he was extremely patient with my wife and I as we looked at, test drove, and pondered over several vehicles before deciding to go for the 2017 Forester. Craig was very attentative even after the sale to ensure that we were comfortable with operating the new vehicle. Over the years I have dealt with many car dealers, but for the last several vehicles, I start my search at Tri-City Subura and that is where I usually end up making my purchase. Thanks Craig and to all involved in making this recent purchase such an enjoyable experience.

My family and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Tri-City Subaru all with Matt Dugal. He has always been up front and honest with us and helpful beyond what is expected from a "salesman". Sue and Clyde in the Service Dept are equally supportive. Recently I was in an accident and my car is a total loss. When Clyde heard about it, he contacted Subaru of America and a beautiful flower arrangement was sent to me. I am in the process of purchasing a new vehicle with Matt and he is doing everything possible to make it smooth and stress free and helping me deal with the insurance company. Never has a dealership made me feel important and that my best interest was the focus. I am so proud, as is my family, to be a part of the extended Tri-City Subaru family!

I can not say enough good things about these guys. I bought a Subaru from somewhere else. Got the car home and it was a nightmare from that night on. I called tricity for some help. My car that I had only owned a week needed a head light assembly and some other problems. Tricity scheduled me in and fixed numerous problems with the car. They were always friendly and willing to help through this process. I will never go anywhere else again. I will be a tricity customer for life. I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars, they deserve so much more. I highly recommend this place, sales, service, and parts!! All around a wonderful dealership.

I recently purchased a car at Tri-City Subaru and was happy through the whole process. Mike Arthur is a kind and patient salesman who will gladly guide you through the various models that Subaru offers and the many different options available for each car. There was never any pressure to buy, just helpful information about the different vehicles and thorough answers to all questions I asked. Working with Matt in financing and other dealership staff was also nothing but pleasant. After a month of ownership, I am still very satisfied with my purchase and my experience with the dealership. I would recommend Tri-City Subaru to anyone.

My first and current Subaru was purchased at Tri-City, I love it, and love the experience I had. Joe Bova was great, very comfortable and easy to talk to, no pressure, just facts and we connected. I was able to be financed for the payment I want with no problem, a big thank you to Andy, and so far have been very happy with the service people. My dog is always welcome to wait with me in the waiting room whilst my car gets an oil change, and that means a lot too. A great dealership all around and will definitely be referring any new potential Subaru owner to them, and will be buying my next Subaru from them too!

I had a fantastic experience with Tri-City. Matt Dugal helped get me into my new Subaru Crosstrek XV. He was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process. Matt took the time to walk me through all of the various options for each of the cars that I was interested in. He made sure that I knew the potential advantages and disadvantages for each vehicle. I came all the way from NY to lease a new WRX from Tri-City Subaru. Michael Arthur was an amazing salesperson and helped me step by step, entirely through emails and phone calls, to get exactly what I wanted. The transaction was smooth and flawless. I actually ended up spending less money than we initially agreed on because the finance department went out of their way to research a little deeper about my trade-in. All in all, I would definitely make the 5 hour trip, each way, again just to deal with an honest and reasonable dealership like Tri-City Subaru.

What a dealership! From management all the way down to service and the recon department. My experience here has always been wonderful, they are very attentive to all my Subaru needs. I highly recommend this Dealership as the best in the area, way to go! One night just prior to them closing, I called with a problem on our Outback, they had us bring it in and a tech fixed the issue right away and even stayed passed closing to help us out. (Turned out we had snow packed up under the heat shield above the transmission.) Thanks again guys!

If you are looking for a new car, Tri City Subaru is the place to go! I have been doing business with them for 3 years and they are the best!! I just leased a new vehicle and my sales associate Peter Gordon was great! Hassle free and no pressure. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and courteous and helpful with no high pressure shown. There was an error made using our debit card but upon calling their attention to it, it was very quickly resolved with many apologies. Highly recommend this dealership. We bought from them a new Subaru after checking out several other dealerships in the area and this one was by far the best.

We were shopping on line and found a Dodge Stratus at Tri-City. I checked the Blue Book price against their price and they were actually a few dollars lower. The car was in excellent condition except for the right rear window did not operate and they replaced the motor before we bought it. There was no pressure, the sales and service departments have been excellent to work with.

On the occasion where something has been wrong, or remained not quite right after being brought in, Tri City Subaru has made the effort to put things right. BEWARE OF THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! They performed service on our vehicle that is not standard Subaru Authorized Routine Maintenance. The service was conducted without asking us and as per Subaru the additives that they added as part of service are potentially going to void the warranty. Take your business elsewhere if you want Company Authorized Service.
