The staff is rude, they often forget to pay you, they lie about payouts and try everything they can to not pay you what they say they will. According to them if you go twice withing one week you get $50 on your second donation but more times than not they make up an excuse and only pay you $20. When you call them up when they "forget" to pay you they put you on hold for hours or give you the run around. This place is absolute garbage and I would recommend everyone to find another plasma donation center to go through.

Had a really good experience here. The staff was friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable donating for the first time ever. The woman who did my physical was very nice. It does take 3 hours your first time, but I was given fair warning that that would be the case, and there was very little sitting and waiting. Even though it was crowded I got in and started with the process right away. Would recommend this location, and will be back for more donations.

Everytime i go to donate im excited because i know i will be taking care of by professional staff who take pride in thier jobs. They are fast and friendly. I went in room 3 with a girl named Elizabeth and she did such a great job and was so nice to me! I could tell she knew what she was doing and loved her job! I look forward to going there more often because im comfortable and i would recommend this place to anyone!

I love when people cry about plasma banks. Youre broke, they pay you for something that costs you nothing to make. Plus there a cute chicks in there so eycandy is always a plus. And it normally only takes me an hour total to donate so saying it always takes 2 is insane

Never had a problem before. All the workers are very professional. A screener names Elizabeth has a positive attitude, and is always quick to answer any questions as many of the staff is. I always trust the staff with my health thank you to the staff and keep it up.

Super slow. Takes 2 hrs or more to donate every time because the staff picks who and when to call up. After you donate you sit shivering in your chair for another 20 for some rookie to come unhook you and wrap the bandaid real tight. Bad experience every time.

I like this particular location alot. Staff are very friendly and sincere. One of my favorite staff memebers, Elizabeth is always helpful and does her job well. I always recommend this facility when someone asks me about a good place to donate plasma.

My experiences at talecris have been for the most part good. Some of the staff could use some cheering up but that might come with any job. One ofe the staff members Elizabeth Mayen always provides a wonderful and welcoming environment. Kudos to her.

The least efficient place on the planet. It can take over 2 hours to donate plasma. Which should only take 45 minutes max. The people that work here are forgivable for their terrible attitude as it is an awful location and job.
