Upon my first (and last) visit here, I was very turned off by the attitude of the man at the front desk...and apparently other people are, too. While trying to sign up, he asked me to read a sentence out loud. I followed the directions, then man looked disgusted and told me with a sassy tone not to read it "with whimsical overtones". I read it in my normal speaking voice and did everything asked of me. His comment was extremely rude and NOT necessary. I will not be returning to a place that treats cooperating plasma donors with disrespect. A friend of mine donated there this week and witnessed this same man belittling one of the employees in front of people. I hope this unprofessional individual is quickly replaced before he scares away more potential donors.

I love coming and donating because of the atmosphere. The workers there are really nice and are extremely informative about the donating process. The receptionist are very friendly and so are the donor floor. I look forward to coming and donating, not only am I helping someone in need but also being compensated for my time.

The people here are so polite and work hard! I love it when they have FX on with really good movies to entertain us. The workers here are more caring and like to talk to us. They want to make sure that we have the best donation! When you first donate here just be prepare for about a 4 hour process. It can get really busy.

This is one of thee BEST places to Donate the staff is Phenomenal, they make you feel so comfortable, and they are all so very Friendly, if your looking for a Place to make a few extra bucks and your located in the Iowa city Area well the Iowa city Biotest Plasma Center is the place to go.....

Always a great experience when I come in to donate. Staff is very friendly and professional. I also like how they have comment cards where you can write reviews. They really care about the donors and are open to comments on how to make it an even better experience.
