As a woman looking to purchase a used vehicle, I was very concerned about working with a dealership. Hal Chappell was the sales associate that helped me. He really listened to what I wanted, (which was not originally a Nissan), worked on what I could do with my budget, and there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision until I was ready. I actually needed to rent a car in the meantime, and the young lady on the phone was friendly and nice, and the process of renting the car was a breeze. During this time a Nissan Rogue came in with my budget and mileage specifications in IMMACULATE condition. Still, no pressure. The finance department made the application process simple and fast, Mr. Chappell was so helpful in many ways and did i say NO PRESSURE? Courtesy, consideration and friendly faces seem to be staff requirements as I worked with several staff members in finance, test drives with other sales associates, the rental department and the staff in service. I have been employed for many years in hospitality and customer service industries, and the management and staff at Alliance could write a book on providing excellence and consistency in every area of their business. It took three weeks and three service visits to get the service technician to even agree that there was a problem. Now he is trying to blame the noise on the tires and it needing a line up when I have confirmation from 3 different places that it is the bearing in the front right wheel and also the gear shaft is going bad. I have dealt with Biggs and Elizabeth City Motors in the past and both times I had no problems out of their used cars until years later, not with in the first three weeks. I am really shocked at the service, even more so because there were so many people that recommended Nissan to me.This is my first time dealing with Nissan and will definitely be the last. As far as your customer service, I thank Wayne Mclellan for all of his help. As for the company, I am wondering who the real crook is, I know Davenport took the blame but it seems to be some issues that you all need to take care of immediately.

Submitted credit app online Sunday night, got a call Monday morning, explained my situation & was told by finance manager to come in that we could get approved with our trade. When we get there, still said we got approved but without our trade. Long story short, after 5 hours of waiting, a deal cannot be done. Living 45 mins away from the dealership, this is the reason why I wanted to make sure 100% that a deal can be done. Felt like we will were given the run around the entire time & worked with a salesman who also were working with other people. Definately not a straight forward company & after hearing others talk about the dealership, I am glad I did not make a purchase here. Looking somewhere else.

I went in very nervous as a first tume car buyer but Angela was my sales rep and she did a wonderful job explaining everything. Answering all of my questions. And Shawn ( i dont know if i spelled that right) the sales manger managed to get me into a brand new 2017 sentra and my credit SUCKS! He worked all morning long but the team in its entirety from sales to management to financing was helpful, Kind, Courteous and all around it was a great experience. I will definitely be back there for all automotive needs for my family and would highly recommend Nissan of Elizabeth City. By the way they have a playroom and popcorn and my 4 year old had a blast ALL DAY!

Stopped in to ask about suggested service on my Nissan Frontier. Spoke with Sales Person Ian who led me to the service desk. Waited a long while until I was acknowledged by service person. It was suggested that I leave my phone number. I left my work number a few days ago and no one called back.
