After over one year of donating I still find that there is to much discrimination going on.I was there last time and had 3 people that was allowed to go in front of me.1 new donation and 2 with yellow folders, they tell me which Are a special program that they are running????l watched this pissed off as hell.Only to see them donate plasm the same way as me.Bottom line is there time (plasm) is more important then mine or yours (if you are not a special yellow folder.Bullshit and discrimination I say and Management is all about it!!!!!

The first time referrals are awesome just to help someone out. But the downsize is that the wait just thereafter in the waiting room to be sent to the back is horrendus. Instead for a 90 minute as stated on the website it takes about the same if you were a new donor. My first time was well over 4 hours. They need a better system and additional staffing to accomodate the volume.

This place has the rudes most disrespectful employee in the USA. You are not greeted once you enter, after ask any questions you will get rude answer and please dont ask for help at the computer because no one there will help you even if you ask.

Its a great place. If you know someone who wants to donate. This is the place. The staff is Great. Its not a 3hour wait. The most is less then an hour. But please donate for a cause.
