We just wait and wait, for their completed admissions process. The Staff seem to be more than what the place need. I have no idea why we wait or who’s working with us and noone seems to care. It’s sad a business like Biolife that is supposed to save lives and help the community has no idea what they’re doing. If there’s something blow a star I would give it to them without thinking about it twice.

Came in to donate and do physical spent 30 min on questions and 20 min in back for physical to find out i couldnt donate because i couldnt explain why i lost 10 pounds since last physical which was a year ago so spent 50 min there for nothing complete wast of time and the nurse doing physical was rude the whole time
