They lied to my face multiple times to get me to finance at a much higher rate. Lied about my credit score. Lied and told me I was denied by my bank, when they actually approved me at 3.1%. told me I had to finance through Hyundai at 8% and wound up running it through at 8.999%. I called the General Manager, who was completely rude and unprofessional, and told me " tough luck you signed the papers." I have filed a complaint through Hyundai and my next call is to BBB. This place should not be in business.

Go to Team One Hyundai and ask for Alex Gorham specifically, you won’t regret it! Alex was able to answer all of my questions about different cars and payments. Alex is not like most car salesman who just tries to get you to buy a car. He was very personable and wanted to make sure that I loved the car. I did not buy a car that day but I will definitely go back to him whenever that time comes!
