My experience was really great. I am a student and ran into financial difficulty at the end of the semester. I was EXTREMELY reluctant to even go in... I was quite scared. The facilities are very clean, people walk around with Clorox and are constantly wiping up any little spot. The staff was really sweet and friendly. Through the screening process I came in contact with multiple employees and they were all really great. When I was almost ready to start the process I got so nervous I cried. The employee stopped what she was doing, patted me on the arm and helped me calm down. She checked on me during the donation process as well. I will go back as often as I need to. I was very surprised at my experience and I was recommend anyone going to CSL plasma.

I have been donating at CSL for alittle over a year.i had donated at Knoxvile Plasma for 3 yrars before switching.i love this place.i make A LOT more $$$ at CSL..everyone there is great! The phlebotomist there are great at sticking people.ive never had a bad stick at CSL...give them a try you will be glad you did....remember eat lots of protein & drink plenty of WATER!!!.... Donate.... Save a life today

This place smells like cigarettes. There is a woman that works here with a swastika tattoo in the middle of her forehead, just like Charles Manson. LOL! and yes, a bunch of cranky fatties working here! Lazy fat women complaining about having to do work. typical fat people LOL.

Very awesome! I was well informed about the process and the payout. Facilities were clean and the staff very professional and polite. Was in and out in as little time as possible without cutting corners. Recommend.

Nicest people in this place that I have ever dealt with. They are courteous, polite, and quite often charming. The pay scale is pretty much the normal pay scale that you deal with at plasma centers.

As the previous reviewer stated, this is the ONLY plasma center I would ever go to in Knoxville. The staff if friendly for the most part and they are quick and professional.
