My son waited over an hour to get hooked up once he went to the back. Usually when my husband and I was called to the back in the plasma donation center in Gainesville FL we were hooked up within 10 minutes. This is ridiculous! Sunday we were here before 11 and they had to wait for their new donor intake physical and stuff all day long, we finally finished around 6-7pm. Worst plasma place ever.

The staff is great and friendly, but God there are slow as turtles, when it comes down to the screening process and doing the physical. Why do you guys take forever doing your job? We all have way more important things to do other than dying of old age and boredom.

My first donation took 7hrs not 4hrs. On my third visit I left in tears because the lady couldnt find my vein and was going too deep while moving the needle around..Other than that the place is ok but I will not let that lady come near me again..

This place is so slow i was there for 5 hours and all they could tell me was we are under staff if ya are under staff why would you take so many people there was people standing inside and outside waiting to be called it was crazy

I like the place but employees was so rude and loud now they got professional and better service but the got attudies and this is the slowest place hope u got four hours to spare because this is crazy here now .

This place is very slow....some staff members are rude...you dont get seen in the order you came in....they kept moving my folder to the back...been setting 5 hrs
