This place is so clean, fast, and friendly. The first time I was nervous, it hurt the whole time, and I got really nauseous. When I told the employees, they stopped the donation, made sure I was comfortable, and were all-round supportive. This made me want to come back a second time. I used the other arm (and distracted myself with netflix and a stress ball) and it barely hurt at all! I was in such a good mood that when they took out the needle and a little blood splattered on my arm, I just laughed out loud.

Staff is extremely friendly, the center is aesthetically pleasing, I never have to wait long to get screened since the new scheduling system was put in place, I never have trouble scheduling a donation at the times I prefer, they play good movies, everything is just quick and smooth, and the promotions are awesome! I love this place so much, I might as well work here!

This place was really nice and clean. Staff made first time donation process very easy and understandable. Helpful with any questions and very professional and patient. Young lady named Haley was extremely pleasant and made the process go feel like it went along quicker. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. I tried to donate at orem grifols and it was a mess go to PROVO.

I have friends who donate at a different Plasma Donation Center, Biolife, and this is what we decided: the Biomat pays better but Biolife is more efficient and faster. For me, money is worth the extra time and what seems like slow going from the workers, but it’s not worth it for everyone. And everyone’s super friendly and they have TVs

They are good to be conscientious of the donors time. I appreciate that most. Ever since they started the fingerprinting they have sped up the time I am out front. They are also good to try and not make you wait for a disconnect. I have to tell you that the staff at Provo are amazing!!!They make it fun and are always helpful!

So I just overheard this guy (Shaun the reviewer below mine) complain about getting turned away because he failed the quiz they give you. Only reason I’m writing this is just to say he must be a complete idiot to fail that quiz. It’s literally the easiest thing to pass. Hopefully this review will make up for his crappy one.

This is probably the worst place to donate plasma. There way of doing things is very time consuming and lots of little rules. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff is not friendly or personal. They do their job and don’t care about you at all. Worst service I have ever had from a business in my life.

Terrible place. I would give no stars if i could. They blew my veins 3 times in less than 2 weeks. Also i asked for an experienced senior phlebotomist and they gave me a brand new one BOTH TIMES! I will never go back and i recommend to everyone to not waste your time with them.

Grifols biomat is awesome! Michael at the front desk takes the time to see how i am doing everytime i come in. I am usually in an out very quickly and it has yet to hurt when they put the needle in. Top notch plasma center.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They moved me along the process quickly as it was my first time. It took about 3 hours in total but that was expected. Needle site was pretty sore though after having to be adjusted.
