Been here months. They blew me up 2 times. One employee was super rude to me. My friend been here 3 days in a row but they messed up on his paperwork 3 times so he cant donate...they requesting mail after saying bring it the 2nd time donating but allow the guy behind him in without mail but to bring it in also very under staffed prepair for long wait times avg time 2 hrs total.. But recently its been 3 to 4? Am i a new doner? Its quite upsetting probs gonna switch centers after i claim all my bonuses! Otherwise i like this place.
Seen one of the leads here head a verbal assault with a facetious attitude towards multiple donors and have a laugh with other coworkers when they were turned away on my first donation as well as me personally attempting my second donation was turned away three different times each for specific little details about the piece of mail they wanted that they previously did not tell me before. Will never go back to a grifols plasma resource ever again, there are many others.
They are very easy to work with, always friendly and professional. The staff joke and laugh with each other and donors . They make a point of getting to know you and making you feel at home. After a horrible experience with CSL plasma in mpls this place was a breath of fresh air.

I have been going there for some time now:) & SET UP AN APPT. Then go..things run smoothly, great people working, eh, an hour & a half---counting my money for watching a movie.. SUCK IT UP PEOPLE...(& oh yeah. IT IS a lot better than CSL..NIGHT & DAY DIFFERENCE):) PEACE
I have been donating at Talecris for about a year now, and have always found it to be a happy experience! All of the staff are well trained, highly professional.and have become as friends during my time here. I highly recommend Telecris W. St. Paul to anyone.
Biolife had better machines then Biolife upgraded their machines. Biolife has you hooked up to a machine in under 10 min. Talecris has you hooked up to a machine in over 30 min. only injury at Talecris. I go to talecris because it is close. meh...
It is organized and clean- But it is very very slow- I have been a few different places for this and they can get faster. They need new systems in place to assist in getting faster. I hate to go knowing how long I will be there.
THEY DO NOT FOLLOW SAFETY PROCEDURES. SUPERVISORS ARE INCOMPETENT & DO NOT SHARE CORPORATE COMPLAINT CONTACT INFORMATION. FILED A BETTER BUSINESS COMPLAINT. WOULD NOT GO HERE!
The spare money is nice but service is terrible. Expect to spend 1.5 to 2 hours at the place; only 30 minutes is the actual donation process.
Yes they pay you more than BioLife does, but this place is the worst. The technicians are grimy and their rules and regulations are flawed.
Every time I am there everyone goes out of their way to be nice. They make the time fly by. I would recommend this center to everyone

First time donater. Was a little scared but they were super friendly and nice. I would totally go donate their again.
Everyone is friendly and professional. The establishment is very clean and well maintained. Never had a problem.
Simply put, great spot, great staff, and all around VERY enjoyable experience EVERY TIME.
Waited over 5 hours as a new donor. Then found out the whole system was not working.
Feel like they are worthless compared to biolife. they have the worst system ever.
Great staff and clean building. Love that they are so through.
Very friendly, not too bad of a waiting period either.
Great staff, great location and clean atmosphere!
TOO many rules and technical precise acceptance
I like the staff there are very nice.
